The room was on the small side, but it was enough for a work trip. Nearby buildings obscured the view from the room.

Spacious bathroom, including the shower. Plenty of room to move around! Full kitchenette with oven, stove and microwave. Close to Sea World and tram line to local attractions. Free parking. The on-site cafe and convenience store downstairs were very appreciated.

Booked before being aware of nearby construction which wasn't so bad as it was interesting watching the construction process. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Spa was always full, residents smoking on their balcony. However after bringing it to staff’s attention they were able to move our rooms

Currently construction happening next to the apartment which might bother some, it didn’t really bother us the doors seem to be sound proof so blocked a lot of noise out, they didn’t seem to start until about 8am, clearly not the apartment fault.

Great apartment, received a complimentary upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise, loved the room, balcony view to beach, pitty was only here 3 days to enjoy the views and room, fantastic location close to tram to take us either direction we needed to go, great pool and spa to wind day after a long day out and about. Great cafe located on corner for breakfast before starting the day.

The place could have been a little cleaner - my blinds had a dead moth stuck to them, and my bedding was very slightly stained. Overall though the place was very clean. My key card seemed a little temperamental - sometimes it took a few tries to get into my apartment. The washing machine didn't seem to be in full working order and only one programme seemed to be usable.

Really nice and spacious apartment with a good-sized balcony and lovely ocean views. Friendly staff. Excellent location just a minute's walk from a tram stop and walking distance to the main part of Surfers Paradise. The apartment was well equipped, including washing machine and dryer.

We were on level 18 and the room had incredible views of the canals and ocean from all windows. Well designed living and bedroom areas made it super comfortable for a week stay. Decent sized balcony, comfy bed and good shower.Excellent location and easy walk to Caville Ave.

My only complaint is that it seems the ac is motion activated so in the middle of the night it stops working and gets quite hot.
