Too dark inside, music too loud throughout the common areas and hard to find an area upstairs or downstairs to talk to clients. The upstairs restaurant looked like a dark bar in the middle of the day and the music level was excessive like downstairs. A nice low key lounge adjacent to the bar would be useful as well as some decent lighting.

Had room service one night - superfood bowl, not cheap and chicken was raw/ poor quality

Central location close to Federation Square and a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. Very stylish decor and great bathroom with a Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch!

It was a weekend so was busy but the service checking in and checking out was a little slow, could have done with some more staff helping out.

Upon checkin (arrived from the airport 15 mins prior to check-in time) was told room was not quite ready. Not a problem at all, was able to leave luggage & was asked if I would like a txt msg when room was ready. Yes, that would be lovely, thank you. 1.5 hrs later, wandering the streets of Melbourne, now raining, still no notification. Finally walked back to the hotel to see if room was ready, after receiving no notification. ‘Oh, yeah it’s ready’. No txt message, no apologies for the delay, or lack of notification, then asked the exact same generic, bland ‘How’s your day been so far?’ Question as when I first arrived to check in. Extremely poor service from only 1 staff member. Absolutely no reflection on any other staff member, or their level of service. Everyone else, from security, front of house, restaurant & housekeeping that we encountered were very friendly, personable, and just really lovely.

The service from the majority of the staff was fabulous. Especially the entrance security staff member, and the staff member who valeted our hire car for us. Both extremely helpful & lovely gentlemen. The hotel itself was amazing, as you would hope, such a quirky, lux, industrial feel - loved it. Also a great location, very central. Love how Melbourne CBD is very walkable for a large city.

Amazing hotel!! In a perfect location and close to all facilities. Loved the funky room and highly recommended the roof top bar with spectacular cocktails and skyline of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay again!!

The care and attention to detail that the back office and front office took to our booking was uniquely special (and greatly appreciated). The room was absolutely beautiful but it was the service from the hotel concierge Sarah and the rest of the QT team that will bring us back again in the future. Oh, that and the killer rooftop. Stunning.

Bathroom lighting is poor for females wanting to apply makeup. A small pullout mirror with a bright light attached would be great.

The TV. Constantly went in and out of reception or turned itself off randomly. Rooftop bar stopped serving food at 10pm. Midnight would be better

Only one tiny thing - the mini bar had a note saying ‘dial for ice’ but no further info. It would’ve been good to include a number so it was easy. I ended up popping down to reception and staff were super helpful. We got the ice and made excellent gin and tonics - hurrah!

Great room with funky design touches, natural light and enough space so we didn’t feel cramped.
