We stayed here to see the Ramses exhibition at the Australian Museum and also to do some shopping for an upcoming engagement party. It was a great location. The room was lovely and we ate in the restaurant on the Saturday night. The food was delicious.

Old and dated facilities in the room that require upgrade. Visible patches of scratch, lost paint etc on the walls, doors that are yet to be repaired. It doesn't like a 5-star accommodation.

Easy location to access via the train and walking distance the city, opera house and ferry terminal. Hyde Park is a lovely spot to walk through and not far from good restaurants

Showerhead could do with an upgrade. Had to wait approx 15mins for a table at breakfast. But it was Saturday, and very busy. No other negatives! We really enjoyed our stay!

Room had a lovely view of Hyde Park. Great onsite parking. Extremely comfortable bed. Spacious room. Buffet breakfast was nice, and I like how the wait staff take your coffee order on arrival. Great in room amenities, and liquid hand soap (yay!). Fantastic location, we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Also, the sweets trolley is a nice touch for kids!

Overall my stay was very good. My only criticisms relate to: - Bedding, etc. The bed cover was really only just warm enough but I didn't contact reception to ask for a blanket which I expect they could have provided so I can't really complain. - Air Conditioning - despite turning it up to the max. (25.5 degrees) it didn't seem to warm the room

Overall the room was good, clean, spacious, etc. Bar is great, good selection of food & drink. Staff really attentive and pleasant. A nice place to relax.

Bed/pillows not great. TV had limited channels.The sheets didn't even cover the bed. The window that looked out at the city/park was that dirty you could not see out of.

Rooms needs to be refreshed, there were cracks, plumbing issues, etc. little bit dusty but nothing that can impact your stay there. Its just about small details, otherwise, all good.

Breakfast was very complex with options and fresh. The view of the room was nice. Location was great of you plan to walk around it satisfied all expectations.

The bathrooms needed better ventilation as there was mould on the ceiling.

Rooms were spacious, kids loved the buffet and Candy O’clock. Staff were amazing. The location meant we could walk to most things. Great checkin and check out.

We booked and paid for 3 people, but we only got 2 robes, 2 towels, and 2 mugs. We called up and received the towels and robes but never received the extra mug. We also didn't have a remote in the room which we had to call and ask for.

We loved it overall, gorgeous view, clean room, comfortabe bed, attentive staff.

Loved the location and the ambience. The accommodation was booked at short notice and the staff were excellent in helping us. The beds were much appreciated for their comfort. With the famous Oxford Street around the corner, we were able to indulge in the history of the street both in the morning and at night. The Hyde Park views were excellent, as was the view from the pool deck.

The carpet in the room is not very clean and bath tub has hair. The toilet has no toilet brush. Time to update the property. Everything looks out of date.

The location is excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping and park. Staff are nice and friendly.

More 'warmth' to the foyer, it wasn't very welcoming although the receptions were very helpful and pleasant. More options in the coffee shop/cafe. Such as a pastry, muffin or similar for people who may want a coffee and cake alternative.
