I believe an emergency contact on site would be beneficial. With a direct number. Was locked out on Balcony for nearly 2 hours. Think the balcony door locks need assessed.

The property is comfortable but dated. The hot water is scalding hot, and while the shower had good pressure, it didn't hold the temperature steady (it got cooler, though, not hotter, thank goodness). The shower was over a bathtub. but I couldn't find a plug for the bathtub. There is no lift, so if you have an apartment on an upper floor, you will have to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Balconies and patios are small, but enough space for a little table and two chairs for eating breakfast outside if you are so inclined. The kitchenette is basic. Mine had two plates, but just one bowl, and I think 1 fork, though there were two cups and two glasses. If the office is open, you could of course ask for enough dishes and cutlery for two if there are two of you. Definitely not a 4-star property, but 3 stars, yeah.

Location was excellent--close to the train, museums, riverbank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants--easy walking. My room was large, clean, and reasonably quiet at night. Good security. Comfortable king size bed. Good value, given price and location. Check-in is easy 24/7. I would stay here again.

The only downfall was the noise from the Unit above us. We could hear every step and noise that was made.

The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well. The location was great and very handy to Southbank and only a short walk to the city.

The apartment is at a good location, walking distance to the south bank. Free parking is available. Daily rubbish collection, towel change etc. by staff.

The self catering equipment was very poor. 1 saucepan. Only limited cleaning supplies. Cutlery and crockery very limited. Furniture especially couch was overdue for replacement or refresh.

Location was excellent, free parking was great. Book in and out procedures were very well explained.

Ground floor bathroom window is kind of spooky. Like I could see if someone was outside however blurry, would rather it be completely frosted. Additionally, I think cleaning staff should totally put on the radio/TV while they work, but it was frightening to come home as a solo female and hear voices in my room, wish they'd remember to turn it off once they leave. Additionally, despite rubber stoppers, the bed rolled around a lot.

Facilities are nice, location is perfect. They let me leave my bags for a few hours on checkout day which was helpful.

The location was amazing and so close to Southbank area of Brisbane. It was close to a little coffee shop which was good for the mornings.

Great that some painting was done to freshen up the rooms but the tradies left stains everywhere and no one bothered to clean up, makes the room look dirty/cheap. Also Wifi was pretty weak in my room, made it hard for me to do work.

Good value for money and great location. Liked the outdoor area and room/kitchen well equipped. Appreciated the parking downstairs too.

Cleaning/dishwashing things not provided so couldn’t clean the room ourselves since there was no room cleaning service.

As my stay fell over the Easter long weekend, there wasn’t anyone at reception who could answer my questions. I had to ask for toilet paper myself- there was never enough left when my room was cleaned. If my room cost more, I’m sure theses grievances would be met.

The location of the accommodation was suitable for my needs. It was easy to walk everywhere. The outside area with a pool was relaxing to sit and read my book.
