Lights on the verandah were really bright and left on overnight. Curtains in the room helped a bit but still was bright

I hate to be negative when the staff were so lovely, but the curtains in our bedroom were all broken & hanging down in places. The gardens were very unkempt & the roses lining the drive up to the motel were all dying, this gave the place a look of neglect sadly.

We were surprised with the food in the restaurant, it was a lot better than we expected . The staff & management found out that we were celebrating our anniversary & my birthday, & when we got back from a shopping trip, they had left a nice card of congratulations with a bottle of cuvée brut & a cheese platter. We were thrilled with their thoughtfulness. The breakfasts were exceptional also.

We were a family of 6 and asked could our rooms be close..they couldn’t have been further apart. We felt the lady at reception made no effort. Surely even when booking two rooms you’d at least ensure they were in the same wing.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating they started our stay off with a complimentary bottle of wine when they found out we were celebrating a few big things. It topped off a great weekend! Thank you to the lovely ladies at reception we appreciate you!

Would be much better to have partitioned balconies for a little more privacy, and to stop people noisily running back and forth. Food can often take a long time in the restaurant too.

The staff go above and beyond, are very welcoming, and were easy to speak with, and very outgoing. Two ladies in particular, who were on shift for most of the Easter weekend, were amazing (I’m ashamed that I can’t remember their names, sorry).

Gym equipment requires more attention and weights to accommodate all fitness level and requirements.Matress in the cot bed should be a bit more comfortable Maybe include rice in menu and spaghetti or pasta

The rooms were exceptionally decorated with high quality furniture and they were clean and modern.The facilities were really good especially the spar and sauna and pools. Breakfast buffet was very good and my family enjoyed the meals. Staff were great and very helpful.They made our stay very comfortable and relaxed.

Slight noise from the main road outside the hotel, but didn't really bother us that much. I believe they were also planting more trees to muffle the noise. Tents not soundproof (obviously!) so we could hear our neighbours party, but again, was expected given we were in a tent!

The new tents are really lovely. Everything was clean and new. Inside the tent is just like a hotel room with a modern stylish design, and I loved the stone sink. The four poster bed was a nice touch and was amazing for lying and watching the sunset. Staff were super friendly whenever we had queries. The grounds were nice too with the fountains and green surrounds. More work was being done to beautify the grounds, including building a fire pit for winter. The common areas of the hotel were more outdated but comfortable enough. Would definitely recommend the tent!

No freezer section to freeze ice packs for our esky and the town was sold out of ice. Missing remote control in one room, requested another and it had corroded batteries inside.

Not complaining at all bit we were in room 214. The mat is dangerous on the floor I moved the chair as not to trip could get you in trouble if any trips over. Also we booked the 2 bedroom suite on booking.com it says that there is a bath bit there is no bath in this room
