Spotless and plenty of space

The space was small for 4 people and it was tough to walk around in the main room. The TV access was very limited.

A very neat, very clean accommodation place, with generous provisions of linen, soaps (bathroom, kitchen) and kitchen utensils (just needed more pasta bowls). The code door system was excellent. The accommodation location was central to Katoomba and the lovely sights and walks available.

WIFI got cut off - unknown reason ( we did not switched off the power). Can the lamps in the main bedroom be plugged in and be dimmer?

Only issue is the unpave road cause problem for my rented car . I could hear my car under bumper scratching the floor sound when I am going down the slope . Also if you are checking at night. Do take note there is no light and totally darkness on the pave , you can’t see even with your iPhone light.

Cozy house with 2 bedroom and all the basic necessity, my family like the home and enjoy the stay . 5 min drive to town centre or 10 min drive to 3 sister. 3 minute drive to petrol station.

The house was fairly clean and stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner gave us detailed instructions to find it as well as to check-in and it was greatly appreciated as the house was on an unpaved road and a bit difficult to locate.

Accessing the property via an unpaved lane is not ideal; you practically need an SUV to reach it. Entering and exiting the house has been quite inconvenient.

Comfortable family home with all amenities provided, including appliances and kitchenware. You'll instantly feel at home in this well-equipped space. The location is ideal, with the main market street just a 15-minute walk away. Enjoy the added benefit of privacy in this standalone property.

Great location, just outside of the main hustle and bustle of town so it was quiet and peaceful but still close. Everything that was needed was provided and it was a very enjoyable stay. Easy access to the property.

The lane to the B&B NEEDS COUNCIL attention. Three lots of transport suffered pot holes and very rough surfaces You have done a wonderful job with having for people like my self and sister We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you

The driveway to the house can be a little dark at night but otherwise lovely place.

The property was lovely, a wonderful small home comfortable for a group of 4 of us, everything was thought through and the place was super clean and cosy, just a stone throw away from Katoomba town centre and nearby places.

The access lane was not great our car bottomed out each time we drove in. The TV reception cut in and out.

Just a little to far away from main town to be able to walk over which was the only knock

Great central location, everything was close by! Beds were comfy. Bathroom was a good size and having a washing machine was a bonus. It had everything we needed.

When cooking we couldn't find a switch for the extraction fan. If was a bit dark on the kitchen units when cooking.

The comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the property, the location, the quietness. Overall we had a lovely stay and the heating was very good as it was cold weather .

Room dimensions are quite tight. Not enough space in the bedrooms to open a full sized suitcase.

Lots of thoughtful touches. The level of equipment and utensils as well as the provision of basic food items was exceptional.

Unpaved road on access to unit ? but we can't ask for more given price!

Small unit perfect for families - Clean, tidy with generous supplies when needed. Gas heater is super great - warm the whole unit up quickly once turned on.

To get to the unit, you need to drive down a steep, narrow and unpaved lane, which was quite scary in driving rain. There is street parking nearby, though.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy and nicely appointed and well-equipped unit. It is conveniently located close to the centre of Katoomba and just a short drive away from the main sights.

Laneway was a bit daunting at first being overgrown and rough but I assume out of owner’s control.

Clean, spacious, generous supplies. Comfortable bed and very quiet area. very handy to Katoomba town centre and attractions.
