We didn’t eat there or require too much as everything was there for us. The two lifts to get the ground floor were a little annoying but it wasn’t a big deal.

Location was perfect and hotel room was neat and spacious. The staff were always helpful and kind when we needed anything.

The variety at breakfast was basic . The valet parking was absolutely rediculous and not worth the money . We waited an hour for our car after checkout . The value for money was not worth it . We will consider other hotels next visit to Melbourne with better parking facilities and cheaper rooms .

The view could have been better. Also, the parking was a bit awkward as it was not part of the hotel.

The location was central. Room was tidy and spacious. When we requested the couch to be made up, this was done well.

The breakfast wasn't the best. Hard to find tea pots, food was cold every day. Staff were doing their best under the circumstances. Long wait for food being cooked to order.

Needed to call room service for extra bed as originally requested. And was so helpful. He couldn't have been more accommodating. Also bar staff in foyer were very good.

The shower and bath tub combination. My sister, with a bad knee, struggled to get in or out. It was quite dangerous. Next time, I will ask for a walk-in shower.

All staff are extremely helpful. We asked for some little creature comforts, and nothing was too much trouble Even the concierge gentleman down on street level. As I was leaving, he must have seen the confusion on my face. He came outside and explained which tram I needed to use, so helpful thank you

Requested double beds. Did get an upgrade when double not available but my son had a pull out bed which is not as comfortable. 3 days for breakfast, and no change in menu. Greens or salad items are always appreciated.

The Shower was not up to scratch

The location is what we keep coming back for. The parking is an added bonus. The Mattress was great on the King Size Bed. The cleaning Staff are respectful of your time as to when they clean the room. most guests are courteous of when walking pass.

We bought our own alcoholic drinks at Duncan's on Elizabeth St and somehow the housekeeping staff thought we'd used a beer from their supply in the bar fridge. Landed on our room bill, got it removed.

TV miles from bed in 1027 so we couldn't watch anything in bed Mattresses were not so comfortable Wifi was TERRIBLE which is so unusual in a hotel these days Air con was either too hot or too cold

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Personally I would have preferred the tourist info / brochures in the main reception area rather than in the ground floor entranceway. Breakfast choice was good and staff always very friendly.

Reception struggled to understand payment request, I wanted to use debit card, had to transfer money onto a credit card at reception to pay. When asking “can I use debit card, she acted like a credit card is a debit card. House keeping was very late in the afternoon, one day we got missed. 5 nights no new bed linen. Drinking equipment washed in bathroom, felt unpleasant, also no detergent used. Only one cup, provided. Window view was air conditioning ducts, was hoping to enjoy city lights at night. I hope all this information helps.

There was a strange smell coming through the ventilation at times. It didn't last though.

Great spot when seeing a show at the Regent. 2 min walk. Comfy beds, bar and restaurant on site. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not having a view looking outside of window would have preferred to look over road and other buildings. Lip on entering bathroom ensuite could be a hazard.
