No parking, had to park far away as not allocated any parking and you hardly have any on the premises, and no selection of pillows, we hated our feather pillows

mould in the shower the style of the property was really odd. it lacks the old world charm of the carrington which makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. it almost has decor from the 70s that looks like it’s well overdue for a refurbishment. the pool area is stunning but the pool was full of ducks and there was duck poo everywhere. we were only sitting and watching them so it was actually quite pretty and relaxing. but for those swimming it was horribly un hygienic.

the setting was stunning. and the casual bar/ restaurant was a lovely cozy atmosphere

Our bathroom was leaking and then they placed us in a smaller room. There was a view but because of the heavy rain we could not see much. Disappointed we did not get any discount on having g to move rooms, just a glass of sparkling wine voucher at the bar.

I expected a nice spa and sauna, but it wasn't enough good. Path way wasn't nice, but I was a bit uncomfortable.

Dinner was excellent with great menu and wine list. was surprised by the inclusion of a Rioja Wine on the menu. The atmosphere was historical and well appointed.

Very well located and staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was a good inclusion and recommended by the team. Would like to stay again during warmer months

Lilianfels is such a beautiful property. It has amazing views. Always clean and has a certain elegance about it. Room was spectacular and the bed was very comfortable.

Access to room could have been easier and would be an issue for elderly. Cafe / tea rooms and shop at end of drive was closed and this is the holiday season.

Some of the lights needed fixing and were strobing . Our bedroom , we could here the cistern of other peoples shower and toilet use in their rooms .

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the Blue Mountains. The casual dining and breakfast food was excellent. Staff were courteous and efficient and eager to please. The underground parking was helpful.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous too. Hotel was within walking distance to Echo Point for viewing of the Three Sisters rock formation.

The staff were a bit unaware of some things e.g. that there were towels for the use of people swimming at the pool, that there were changerooms at the pool. The breakfast was a bit more limited than other breakfast buffets.

the outdoor pool was lovely to swim in, the grounds are lovely, the lounge area was very relaxing and comfortable-we had dinner there. The billiard room is great.

So disappointed in the rooms, they were old & in need of a renovation, very tired & outdated, especially for the price charged for the room.

Location was amazing, walking distance to the 3 sisters and the hotel & the grounds are externally beautiful.

We didn’t want the breakfast but we did have dinner at the three restaurants on the premises. I wish you had a cafe where people can buy a good coffee without having to have breakfast. More hangars in the closet.

When room booked on line, the dual share was 2 queen size beds. The actual beds were singles.

It was a beautiful majestic place. Picturesque grounds. Close to echo point and the three sisters. Easy bus transport to Katoomba and scenic world.
