For the price you pay the apartment does not provide beach towels. The operators offer for you to buy towels to use at the beach and pool but that is unacceptable for an apartment with 2 pools, gym, steam, sauna and located right on one of the most famous beaches in the world. Here’s a thought - just provide beach towels 🤷‍♂️

The location is brilliant located between Surfers and Broadbeach. Easy walk along the beach to both with all their restaurants and cafes. It is right on the beach and the views are amazing.

The car park is a nightmare to get in and out of, with tight turns and oncoming cars. It’s also very poorly signed so we walked around for ages trying to find the right tower/ elevator. The pool heater was broken the first day but no one told us, we thought the pool just wasn’t heated so we didn’t swim for 2 days. If your travelling with toddlers the location is a bit of a pain and the apartment while beautiful was not great for travelling with a toddler. The door on her room was frosted glass meaning when she went to bed we had to go to bed too.

Apartments were beautiful and we could utilize the Langham facilities. The property is located right on the beachfront which was great and only 500m from a tram stop to go down to Broadbeach or up to surfers. The bed in my daughters room was super comfy, but the one in our room was a let down. Would have loved this stay if it was just us, but not the best with kids.

Well we only had one towel each, and one bath mat too, which the shower door always made the mat get absolutely soaked, we had to hang it out every day but it couldn't with all the heat of the day get it dry in time for the next shower, it was not a good feeling having to do it each time !! And we had to dry the towels each time we had a shower in the dryer - not cool guys . Coffee sachets were inferior quality, and there was no salt and pepper too !

The view was awesome and we liked the layout of the suit too. The car park was cool, it felt like we lived there for 5 days.. The location was super, and the beach and walkway were the best! So warm at 5 am, we loved getting up early and going for a long walk after coffee.

The taps!!!!! They were fancy and all but so confusing. It was hard to figure out how to get the water to heat up. Once we figured it out it was difficult to maintain a certain temperature. Also because there was only one knob, you couldn’t really adjust the pressure, only the temperature. Not a big issue but a little annoying. Also the bathroom floor tile was a little slippery, not the best tile for a bathroom but very pretty to look at. Also I wanted to do some washing but noticed mould inside the washing machine rim area thingy. Also found a toy Dino head under the couch. Made me think maybe the place wasn’t really cleaned properly although it was still at a very high standard. The door handle in our room also had a little wear to it, but no biggy.

Sooooo luxurious. Seems like it was quite a new building. Elevators super fast. Balcony was awesome. View was great. Loved basically almost everything about this place.

I wouldn't recommend staying in the 1 bedroom unit at Jewel with a friend as the bathroom has glass at one end with no blinds so there's no privacy.

Stunning unit with amazing views, right on the beach. Having use of the Langham and Jewel residence pools is lovely.

More toilet roll and washing detergent supplies for the longer bookings.

I like how close it was too everything we needed. Very easy access coming from the beach path which was a lovely and easy way to come home.

Brilliant location and facilities that made the mini break with friends a luxurious and memorable experience. Loved having uninterrupted views of the ocean from our room and balcony and very easy access to the beach.
