10. Exactly the money I saw on booking.com, not extra for what I did not expect.

Must stay in. There was really great, but I wasn’t expecting the value of what I saw on booking.com for the prize and pay extra when I get there to sign in the value of the money was too much but at the end of the day I know it was expensive area, expensive hotel and it was luxurious But I love it was my first time I would love to go there again for the right amount of prize customer service was really good only one staff didn’t say good morning or how are you but that’s fine understand everybody had a bad morning but it was really good. I experienced it really great. I would love to do it again sometimes And the place was beautiful very luxurious and very beautiful

No promotion of the reason 99% of the guests were staying at the hotel - NRL magic round. Seriously inflated rates because it was magic round. Person on front desk could tell us the best way to get to the stadium.

You had to pay to watch movies. We also didn’t have a bath either.

The breakfast was amazing, the gym and the building was incredible. It was amazing service, we felt like the Hilton lived up to its name in how you service your guests. World class. Bed was amazing

Mix up with room service. I was staying in room 1312 and their records showed room 1702. Same for when I picked my car up from the valet parking. When I checked in, I requested a room with a king bed instead of a room with twin beds. this could perhaps not have beem updated properly from reception.

Location - excellent location as needed to attend QCAT in Elizabeth Street the following day. Room - was clean and tidy. The desk was spacious as I worked and used the free wi-fi. Room service - dinner and dessert was nice.

Breakfast was disappointing due to being cold cooked breakfast the plates were cold and the food it self was cold which was a shame as the presentation looked good. Not sure why the plate warmer was not turned on and the use of the Barrata pans does not keep the cooked breakfast warm. Positive note the coffee was lovely and hot.

The tennis court is out of order, found some long black hairs in our bathroom (we’re both blonde) and the plug in the bathroom wasn’t strong enough to work the hairdryer, with no other plugs in the room near a mirror

The facilities were great, the valet parking worked well but access is tricky mid afternoon.

The TV in the room. The air filtation could be improved. Possibly due for a facelift i.e. carpet, shower heads, ducting, mount a nice TV.

The Staff were amazing at every encounter, explained everything perfectly and were extremely helpful with everything; and happy! Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! No hidden costs. They made sure we would get our moneys worth with the package. Great desk & desk chair + ottoman.

We booked a rate including room, parking & breakfast, but were charged parking as an extra when we left. Once brought to the attention of staff, it was resolved quickly.

Central location for CBD access, rooms were comfortable, bar downstairs was great as we could have a drink and order food without having to leave. Great communication from staff via text messages to ensure our stay was great and when we needed anything, they were available.
