The online locking access system! We had a number of times when it didn't work at all even after calling up, and if your phone goes flat, you're buggered, and we can't even get into the carpark 😞

My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. My room could adjoin to the room next door, but I could hear the people next door playing Monopoly and unwrapping their dinner.

Great stay! Very central and easy to access tram stop, bed was comfy, kitchen would've been perfect if I was staying longer.

No staff were present when we had difficulty accessing our apartment and the car park. However, a patient and courteous staff member on the phone was able to help us out. The self-check-in, relying on an app, can be risky if problems occur.

Loved the apartment. It was very modern, well designed and comfortable. Goodwood is a great location and was close to family members.

Seeing that I was a late booking, I had great difficulty accessing the property without a reception. However, when I read through all the emails and downloaded the app, I was able to gain access to my room. I also had assistance from a resident who showed me what to after I downloaded the app.

It was an excellent venue.

The walls are too thin; I could hear the person in the next apartment snoring. The apartment is like an oven in the afternoons. No dishwasher. Small fridge.

The location is great just opposite IGA and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Big shower. Large TVs.

Outdoor unit for the air-conditioning has been put in the most stupidest spot, can't sit on the balcony without being frozen to death from the Outdoor fan whilst the unit us on heating, would be the same problem in summer just opposite.

Beds are very soft and comfortable, block out blinds were perfect for that sleep in.

The apartment was slightly smaller than expected and having connector door to neighbouring room wasn't ideal as noise seeps through. Some salt, pepper and some olive oil in the apartment would be nice also.

Absolutely fabulous, no faults!! Pilates studio on ground the floor and multiple restaurants close by is awesome :)

If I had to be picky, the cupboard over the bathroom sink makes it extremely difficult to brush your teeth or wash your face. But really... the premise was great.

Location great. Easy to park our large vehicle. And quiet.

The big downer was the music from the exercise class directly below at 7am or earlier. Unfortunately we would not stay at that facility again until that was not before 9am Gauranteed. Unfortunate but you don’t generally stay in a motel to endure that

The picture gives a false idea about the premises. It is actually a building cramped among others in a busy street. You can't check in with a foreign phonenumber which is surprising for a fully on-line touristservice.

The 5.30 am approx wakeup via the Pilates studio directly underneath. Could repeat word for word the instructor was giving and the music was loud enough to have held a Pilates session in the apartment for free. That’s it ladies now push it push it let’s go is stuck in my head along with daughter. Holidays should be stress free that’s why we take them to relax. Make sure your phone always has charge for unlocking the security locks or you just might need sleep in your car or on the ground with the way the system works for your key

The location in proximity to the CBD was great as was easy drive or use the tram if not shopping

This property is very good, but like a lot of properties they have multiple pillows, but they are all the same . I have stayed in places that have some different thickness variations, which is brilliant.
