We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

What is not to love about this gorgeous place! I can not think of one thing that could be improved upon. The staff were amazing and so happy to assist in every way. The facilities are perfect and the place is breathtaking. The room is gorgeous and full of character. It is one of the most perfect places to stay.

AustraliaThe only negative we could come up with is the lack of al a carte menu options, as we did not want to do the degustation option, so therefore the food choices for an evening meal were very limited - so we would have liked to have an al a carte option in the premium restaurant area, but unfortunately that was not an option - but is saying that the food and service we did have was excellent, just limited options.
It was one of the overall best accomodation packages we have ever had, everything was amazing, location, setting, rooms, friendly staff, food - everything was exceptional!!!!

NetherlandsThe whole experience in the restaurant a too formal. The staff at the reception is great, but in the restaurant the staff seems to try to do everything very much according to the restaurant training. There was little spontaneity and it was mainly a one-sided promotion of their own cuisine. Although we had contact with about six or seven staff members, almost all the conversation was a one way talk about the restaurant and food. That felt a bit uncomfortable every now and then, because as a guest you also want to have a say in whether it is tasty and why. You do not need an instruction why you should find it tasty. The descriptions of the wine and food were also too long. Of course this is a matter of taste and some people may like this, but we thought it was over the top and also too expensive. The food was very good though, but some more relaxing time without lengthy descriptions and appraisal of the own restaurant and kitchen would have been better.
The hotel is beautiful and we have really enjoyed the room and the swimming pool.

The staff were very friendly, room was well presented, breakfast menu and the food was fabulous. Old style charm with modern amenities. Close to the botanic garden was great for walks.
