The stove and barbecue didn’t work properly. The units were very poorly equipped with basic necessities eg no pods for the coffee machine, no salt and pepper, no oil, no paper towel etc. No linen for the cot

The apartment was very run down and dated and lots of things not working properly, eg. washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. We had family staying in the apartment next door and theirs had much nicer furnishings and kitchen was well appointed for the same price.

We love the location of the apartment, so close to everything. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's great to have a buggy for the duration of the stay.

I'd suggest a new sofa. A couple of bits of maintenance around the front door handle being very loose. Maybe put in a safe too.

Great location if we wanted to walk it was easy to walk to the Marina shops and IGA.

The one drinks fridge and the drying machine were not working. There was no broom to sweep the floors and the vacuum filter was so full that we had empty it and clean it out before using it. The air-conditioning units both upstairs and downstairs leaked so badly that one of our guests had a really bad fall due to the floor being so slippery.

There were a few easily remedied issues. A few more kitchen items would have been good, more crockery etc. There should be access to a spare gas cylinder after hours , as ours ran out at about 7.30pm and we had a lot of food we were about to bar b q and no one was on island to replace it , so that was an issue. As mentioned above, there should be a few more sunbeds at the pool.

Lovely large spacious apartment. Large balcony with table & chairs and 2 sunbeds and Stunning views. Pick up and drop off included, and a buggy for the length of your stay. Very well placed apartment , and a short walk to the lovely pool , which could do with a few more sunbeds , particularly as the bar b q area is now not in use. We had a great stay here, and would stay again.

Apartment 19 was a little dated and we had a few maintenance issues (buggy broke down, air-con, shower). The apartment next door though looked completely different, very modern with wood flooring etc). If/when we stay we will definitely stay at Edge just in a different apartment.

The location and pool were amazing. We stayed in apartment 19. First impression was ‘wow’. Views were amazing and having a buggy included was a massive bonus. The staff we felt with were also very good, easy to communicate with a very responsive.

The doors to the balcony didn't have a lock, which meant the unit wasn't able to be secured.

I have stayed at the Edge Apartments before and the location has exceptional views overlooking the passage. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable.

The house lighting didn’t work, or the dryer. The CBus light system was not working, meaning lights outside and fans stayed on all five days. We had to close our bedroom doors to sleep! Very frustrating, they did try to fix it, but they couldn’t. We were traveling Australia, so a non working dryer was a HUGE issue and we had to travel with wet clothes…not good enough.

The apartment was a bit outdated. The furniture was a bit old and crappy (lounge was OK). The extractor fan and light are not working above the stove. The bar fridge would not close. Beds did not present well. We had to step over bags dumped outside the front door on the final day.
