Property was amazing, great location and exceptionally clean. Owners were amazing and Day Spa is a must if you’re staying. Weather wasn’t the best but we still had an awesome time. We would definitely recommend this property and we will definitely return.

The property is in an area with challenging parking, there were 4 keys which are not labeled or numbered of what they open. The balcony is shared with a second room, if there was inconsiderate people in the other room it would be awful without real privacy.

The location was excellent with a public but not busy tiny bay a few hundred meters down the hill. The property was clean and comfortable with a spacious bed. Use of a small Webber BBQ, spa and laundry free of additional charge.

There were some ants in the room, probably due to the warm weather.

I loved the location with the little secluded beach within 2 minutes walking distance. I enjoyed the sunrise from the back deck of the room with a cup of tea eah morning. By afternoon, I loved sitting at the back deck overlooking the sea, with a good book in hand or chatting with the hostess. The facilities inside the room were good. The hosts were wonderful warm & friendly people . They made me feel right at home. It is a great place to stay in if you are travelling on your own, as a couple or even with a friend. It is centrally locates and only 8 minutes away from the Anna Bay sand dunes and Camel Rides on one side and about 20 minutes away from Nelsons Bay in the other side. I really enjoyed my time here at Dolohin Studio Suite..

Literally the only issue we had was an ant problem in our room. Otherwise zero complaints! (Please note, the only reason I ticked no to the romantic place to stay question was the shared spaces eg outside. But we never booked as a romantic weekend so it wasn’t not a problem at all)

The only 2 down sides were there wasn’t a kitchen but it did have amenities in the rooms to make up for it such as a microwave and cutlery. Second was the bed sheets, the material was quite rough, so we had to change the sheets with others that were in the wardrobe.

The best part about this property is the location. There was a beautiful coastal walk only up the road where we were able to see dolphins and visit look outs and beaches. And the beach was right out the front of the accommodation perfect for snorkelling and cooling off

Felt a bit close to the people staying in the room next to us, the walls are quite thin so it didn’t feel very private unfortunately.

I liked the location, close to a secluded little beach. The access to hot tub and Deck area was also lovely

Not that it was an inconvenience but the bin lid in the room was broken and the spa had a cushion in it. Other then that i wouldnt have a single thing to complain about

View was beautiful, access to the water/rocks at the fishing spot was awesome. Facilities were clean and functional. Spa was a delight. The bed was extremely comfortable we didnt want to leave. Will 100% be back again :)

The mattress was too soft for me and with the shared balcony wasn't as private as I thought it would be. Parking was also a bit tricky

The studio was advertised a studio, with a spa and seaside view. Not a shared studio, with paper thin walls, Shared spa bath that we didn't even get to use, not a properly accessible beach with no seaside view which is what this place was. We arrived and we're locked out for an hour & a half because of lack of communication with the staff, then when finally let in they yelled at me going out to the car from their balcony above the studio. As the night proceeded we weren't aloud to use any of the facilities because of the neighbours in the room next door. We had a wedding the next day, the neighbours in the next room had extremely loud sex until 1am. The next day first thing in the morning the facilities were being used again by the neighbours so we did not get to use anything we paid extra accommodation for. We attended the wedding and came back the neighbours were partying with their guests loudly, we tried to go to bed as we were exhausted then they all started having very loud sex with each other until 2am. I had tried to contact the staff whilst this was happening they got back to me at 9am the next day and said it wasn't there fault. Were I believe if it was advised as shared I would of booked accommodation somewhere else.

The room was nice, there wasn't a seaside view but the beach was close by.
