All round cleanlines and towel replacement and blankets that were not wrapped in sheets as per hotel. We paid 3 nights $662 I expected a little more.

Good location, recommended accommodation by the conference we were attending. There were blankets in the cupboard and one extra pillow for 2 single beds. . We were a Sunday and Monday leaving on the Tuesday, we asked for a replacement towel on the Sunday. on checkout they advised towels are replenished only after 7 days or at extra charge. No towel rail to hang a towel on although plugs in the tiles where towel rails should be. Felt in need of renovation.

A few things looked run down like doors to apartment all chipped the carpet full of iron burns and pieces that were dented in a few small things rooms could do with.

Convenient location excellent to the convention centre which we were at for a Real estate conference.

Room was tired. Carpet fraying near balcony door, patches in various walls, towels fraying, no body wash, shampoo only in a sachet (not bottles like on the website page). Not worth $360 a night. Not the quality expected of a 4 star accom.

It’s getting a bit tired needs a coat of paint and bathroom Reno. More parking would be good. I was asked not to parking in the driveway others clearly had and were there overnight. 🤔🤔 a paid $320 which I thought was a bit expensive for a night.

This studio had the bare minimum- 2 glasses, 2 knives, 2 plates and 1 teaspoon. No wine glasses. The bathroom flooded out onto the carpet. There was insufficient car spaces in the carpark.

The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a good size.

Only on 3 rd floor, noisy. Kitchen facilities a bit lacking. Rooms were too bright at night and a light above the two single beds didn’t turn off.

The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling with NO battery, the bath tub had long black hairs around the tub, the complimentary milk was more than 2 months out of date and curdled when I poured it into my tea. There where no blankets/doona's on the beds and no bath mat. When I handed to keys back on the morning along with the other "out of date milks" the guy on the desk just dismissed what I'd said about the milk (didnt even apologise) and said he'd get maintenance to look at the smoke alarm. Quite rude!

Loved the location (close to the bars and the casino. Also loved how easy and accessible it was to get to my room. It was a reasonable size. The views, especially of the casino, were beautiful at night.

Was not impressed by the cleanliness of the room, The cabinet below the sink had a cigarette inside and had cockroaches. We had issues with the television working and the beds weren’t very comfortable for taller people.

Our room had a great view and stuff were very nice. The property was easy to get to.

In desperate need of maintenance. From the lock falling apart on the entry door through to a leaking shower head. The curtains desperately need cleaning and with only one lift operational, there was always significant delays in access and egress to the room.

A double or queen would have been much more comfortable than 2 single mattress on a queen base as a couple meeting in the middle of the bed was uncomfortable.

I asked for parking and never got a response and then found out it's first in best dressed when I got there. Then had to park down the road which is fine but they were lucky I could fit as I drive a ute and I only just fit. My friends I was staying with her partner woke up violently ill and so i asked if they could just hold back the check out until we got a call back from telehealth and could get him to a point he was moveable and they said you have to pay. I'm sorry where is your moral compass? Someone is laying in your room throwing their stomach ling up shaking and having a rapid temperature change and have there 1 year old son with them they're wife is trying to juggle the situation and you are worried about money. Not to mention it was already asked for by them prior to arriving and approved for free and then when arriving where told it would come at a fee.

It has everything you could need within walking distance.

No soap in the room, bedside tables were holding on by a thread. The place seemed like it was going to fall apart and the aircon was gross and hardly worked. Great location though - expensive for what it was. Free parking was great as well

Car park was already full so I had to park next door at Meriton. It was ok only $10/day but I hadn’t expected it. Also there is a bar across from the pool that’s open until 5am so if you’re sensitive to noise request a room in a high floor.
