The indoor spa wasn’t working, the outdoor spa was cold. Two of our nights both showers in our room were cold!

The location was mint, easy walk to beach, shops and public transport. The room was clean and tidy and quite spacious for an apartment

The wifi in the apt wasnt great, it only worked in the lounge. But some might say it was good not to have wifi in the bedrooms!

Awesome location, we had an ocean view apt and it was lovely to wake up watching the sunrise. Apt needed a bit of reno, but still really good. Stuff were great and very helpful, kids loved the pools and it was nice to have a sauna and a gym. Very close to so many amenities, many restaurants, the casino, the Pacific Fair Shopping mall... right by the surf club. We will be back!

Nothing - the property was good

This is the second time we stayed at this location and we always love it. It was super clean - spacious kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are not super big but no issue as we didn’t plan to spend too much time in our bedrooms. Location is perfect - walking distance to shops and restaurants plus the beach.

The room we stayed in was very tired and the grout in the bathrooms is actually just really grubby and mouldy. The units feel like they need a deep clean. Also the bed sheets are very poor quality and I found them to be itchy.

The location is the best thing about this property, right in the thick of Broadbeach, and a very short and lovely stroll to the Oasis Mall which has a supermarket and wonderful restaurants and the beach right across the road. There is a really big park approx 5 minute walk down the road which is perfect for the kids. The ocean views are to die for and being woken by the sound of waves each morning was an absolute treat. There are 3 swimming pools to choose from, the indoor pool also has a lovely relaxing area along with a sauna and steam room. All of the staff I met were so friendly and helpful, they are an asset to the property.

Possibly easier parking I had my niece from Brisbane who was transporting me I think she had a problem with one of the spaces but she worked it out. Thank you for friendly welcome at the desk

My appreciation for providing us with an accessible room at a lower level and access to my other family members on Floor 22. The BBQ area by the pool was excellent and allowed for our family members who had travelled from New Zealand and other parts of Australia to get together on a regular basis plus to hold a birthday on the Saturday.

Mold on the curtains, vacuum cleaner didn’t work, you have to buy everything eg: spray and wipe, dishwashing liquid, dishwater tablets everything that would be helpful to keep the apartment clean during a 7 day stay.

The amenities at this property are fantastic for all seasons, the location is excellent close to everything but quiet, great views.

This was advertised as a lower level apartment and sadly it was on level 1 and over the main entrance so no view and could hear clearly the voices and conversations of people entering and exiting the building.

There were a few small things like the sheer sun curtain missing in the second bedroom so the only option was to close the block out and the shower head in the ensuite was not great (the main bathroom shower head had been upgraded so we ended up using that bathroom instead) the furniture could do with updating but we did book into the "partially renovated rooms" so I would really love to see a fully renovated unit, if the room itself felt more modern this hotel would be a perfect choice.

The view was fantastic, the room was clean as were the pools, my child absolutely loved the west pool. We also loved the location in regards to proximity to so so much food as well as ample open space in the park across the road. The grounds were really really well maintained and even walking along the external footpaths we couldn't help but notice the lovely grass and gardens.

Curtains in main bed need re-attaching, salt air is “eating” away at appliances.

Unit was a little dirty mostly bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the whole week obviously ran out, no clean towels brought up for the whole stay - sign on bathroom mirror stated otherwise.

On arrival greeted with a complimentary goodie basket, staff were lovely. Views and closeness to the beach fantastic.

Apartments are dated and need painting etc . There is a lot of difference between the two bedroom apartments our group had four two bedrooms and they were all same price .

We liked everything...minor issue, we had no resort guide/information in the room. Limited TV channels

The Beachhaven has been our choice of places to stay for our last 5 trios to broadbeach. The views are spectacular, the location is perfect, close to so many things. The 3 pools are sensational. Rooms are well presented and clean. WIFI connection was great. We can't wait to be back!
