Not much sound proofing between apartments. I could easily hear guests talking/ coughing, sneezing in an adjacent apartment.

Very new modern apartment. Spotlessly clean, full kitchen. Whole process was easy. Front desk staff are excellent. Room was available early. Easy access to transport. Great location.

Staff very friendly and can't do enough to help. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with all the amenities expected and extra touches too. It was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the city . The highlight however is the pool and outdoor spa which look over the city, amazing! Central location making it perfect for a city stay.

It was a slight disappointment to find there was no room service or dining options. This was only a minor inconvenience as there are plenty of shops around the city that are easily accessible.

I loved the homely feeling of the apartment, for the same price as a hotel you get to live in a single room apartment right in the city with great views. The pool, sauna and spa were amazing and very clean.

Great location near Spencer St station. Very easy once transferred by Sky bus from airport. Close to Queen Victoria markets, Crown Casino, Melbourne Central for shopping and Hardware Lane for great dinners

Nothing much at all. Only feedback would be to provide more written information on how to use the appliances like dishwasher and oven.

Modern apartment and facilities. Nice location right next to parks. About 10min walk to supermarkets. Pool area was beautiful. Really wanted to spend more time there.

It would have been nice to have housekeeping, given the cost per night.

The property had a range of amenities which were all really great, particularly the pool and spa facilities. The entire building was immaculately clean. Close to a Coles and tram stops, as well as Southern Cross station.

There were structural gaps between the top of the window casing and outside building in our bedroom, meaning there was a permanent low hum (sounded like air con but wasn't). Recommend this be fixed as it was annoying.

Brand new facilities (pool, gym, sauna, steam room) made for a special stay. Fantastic value for money, room was spacious and clean. Located close to airport bus station making it an easy trip from the airport and back. Staff helpful and friendly.

Some wine glasses would be good. There is no housekeeping for short stays and reception closed at 6pm so by the time I got back they weren't available to request things like more teabags or dry towels- would be good if they had some kind of system where you could make requests out of hours that can be acted upon in hours when you're out of the room.

Fantastic pool and outdoor spa. Great location near train stations, restaurants, Spencer Outlet Centre, and Flagstaff Park. There was a full kitchen although I didn't use it, and a washing machine.

Everything was amazing, very clean, beautiful room with a great view of Flagstaff gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also the staff were so friendly!

It would be very hard to fault anything at Aspire.

We give Aspire 10/10. The reception staff were excellent, especially Catherine and Angelene, they would give us suggestions of where to visit and how to get there, they made our 21 night stay so much better. We loved our room on the 23rd floor. The spa and pool are fantastic with views with it being on the 9th floor. Our room was so good looking down at an interesting intersection, always something to look at. It was so good to have a kitchen and washing machine. The tall buildings at night are so pretty. We would never stay anywhere else if we return to Melbourne. Thank you for my birthday gift, very thoughtful. Thank you so much Catherine and Angelene we miss you already.

No air conditioning in the bedroom. Steam room on the 9th floor was out of order and the Sauna room doesn't really heat up properly due to the floor size, could do with a second heating unit in there.

Washer/dryer was cumbersome, especially dryer that you have to wait 20mins before the door opens!

Very clean, and excellent value. Was good for me being so close to Southern Cross Station and Skybus service. Had a dip in the pool a couple of times which was lovely.
