When l asked reception where the bins were for our rubbish, she wasnt sure, told me they were in the car park but couldnt tell me which level , then someone else took me to a different elevator that l wasnt shown when l 1st asked

Customer service at reception were ATROCIOUS! She couldn’t be more unenthused to work there or be helpful to guests. Definitely a let down of a great property.

The location and size were great. Comfortable for 1 night to many nights.

No staff. Everything was automated. Key collection was a little complicated. Deposit required on arrival but with no staff there is no way of knowing if/when it will be returned.

Very nice apartment. 10 minute walk from South Brisbane station. Close to the West End area of Brisbane. Apartment was very pleasant - clean, spacious, comfortable, good wifi, hot water. I enjoyed the location - there was lots of places to eat nearby and it was close the south quay. Overall, it was a great 4-day stay and I'd definitely return.

Bond can take 7-14 days to clear which is probably more bank issue but may be an issue for some travellers

Location was good, close to South Bank and West area. Had dfficulty checking in after hours with issues with keys and printout of auto machine but the staff were very helpful and able assist. Suitable for a work stay and has all requirements. Thanks

The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and there was a lot of leftover smoke in the hallway from someone smoking cigarettes, no lamps next to bed as the room lights were too bright when winding down. There was a time when the ac would blow in smoke into the appartment.

The whole check in thing was a disaster- the machines didnt work unless you called the call centre and waited over 1/2 hour to get assistqnce there was a quee of people wanting to check in. The info said the office was manned until 5 and it wasn't. The check out just as difficult as you had to drop the key card for the parking after you exited the building and there is no legal parking anywhere near by. The check in sheet was not informative enough didnt even say there are 2 buildings- the carpsrk signs ridululous -

The first room had aircon units right outside the bedroom window making it impossible to sleep, also not a pleasant outlook. Asked if another room was available and the staff were fantastic in organizing the room I had stayed in previously which is lovely and why I rebooked at Arena.

We agreed on a late check-out at 12 but at 10, 11 stuff came and we were told that we have to return the keys. And even after we returned the keys and left the Apartments we got a message that we need to come down to the reception and return the keys.

Great location, nice apartment. There is everything what you need. The only thing I would add is a coffee machine.

The kitchen could do with a bowl to mix and measure cups. The hot water for washing up wasn't very hot, washing up soap needs to be better quality so dish and pans are cleaned. Better lighting, example bedside table lights would be good.

It was quiet close to everything, had plenty of room, kitchen was equipped good. Very clean.

Check in process. We got stuck in traffic and had to check in via the online kiosk. There was no where to park while doing this which was very inconvenient. Then the machine did not print the code that I needed to use to get my keys out of the other key safe. No one onsite to assist, and 2 foreigner staff on the phone with average english comprehension who were too focused on following a phone script than understanding what was being said to them. Had to wait for a tech guy to come to the location to assist which then made us ĺate for a dinner appointment
