Perfect localisation in the best street of Palermo ! Very spatious, contemporary. The room was huge, super comfortable, very clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast generous.

The hotel is kind of on the edge of Palermo Soho, Not the greatest location, but not terrible. The air conditioner was weak, and several lights in the room didn't work.

The street where it is located it is a bit dark, nevertheless we did not feel unsafe at any time. We booked 2 rooms: the one with carpet was a bit smelly.

The outside of the hotel doesn’t do justice to the quality of the interior so don’t be put off. (The metallic grille offers excellent security.) The acoustic insulation in the windows makes for a dark room when shut but certainly delivers from a noise perspective as there is a rail line nearby.

Great location in Palermo. Big comfortable bed, lots of electrical sockets and super bathroom. The breakfast was included and must be one of the best in Buenos Aires. The pool looked great but the weather was a little too cool to try . We’d recommend the nearby La Cabrera for great steaks (order the Lomo Grille cooked Jugoso (rare)).

The lounge and breakfast area were dark and appeared they were saving electricity. Location was not ideal for me personally.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was of a high standard.

The pool had marks around the water level making it look unclean, plus it always seemed to be in the shade. The wooden chair on our balcony was rotten and not sure anyone would use the outside bath.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful and the buffet breakfast much better than most hotels in a similar category.

The room decor was a bit scuffed and tired. The walkways and open design meant that sound travelled. I organised for a pick up from the airport and they didn’t send it, but also didn’t get in touch to say it wasn’t coming so we waited and eventually got a taxi. A short apology but no offer to recompense, which left a bad taste and felt dismissive.

Location was close to the shops, restaurants and bars of Palermo. Breakfast was good, but if staying longer would have felt limited.

The rooms are extremely dark and a lot of the lights did not work. The breakfast was nice however there was not much choice and sometimes things did not get replaced which reduced the choice, especially when it was busy.

The location of this property is amazing, in the heart of Palermo within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Jay on reception provided us with excellent customer service, helping us to arrange a taxi when Uber was not working. He went out of his way to help us which we really appreciated.

When we arrived they didn't have the room that we booked so we got a lower quality one. At 3 am in the morning some strangers entered our room while we were sleeping. It ended up being a mistake from the reception crew.

I really liked the staff. The clerk from Venezuela was very helpful with everything from pouring drinks to booking great tours to ordering transportation to airport. Safe place to stay with many excellent restaurants within 6 blocks.

Most everything was mildly off-putting. Check in experience was odd. Starting from the locked doors that u have to ring to get in...at noon? The reception desk sits behind this weird curtain. Every person at the hotel looks miserable. They barely acknowledge you, and make no attempt to reconcile the language barrier. We dont expect english, we used goggle translation, but they always just replied in Spanish and didn't talk into the translator. The hotel overall might have once been cool. It has an industrial vibe, but now just looks like a prison that is grungy. The room is set up oddly, with a concrete desk in the middle and a wooden headboard that you can't lean against. The patio was ok, but the chairs were dirty. The bathroom was large but grey grout is now black. Wouldn't stay again.

The room and breakfast were marvellous, and the place is very well located. The staff were extremely kind, letting us leave our luggage the day we checked out so that we could visit the neighbourhood before going to the airport, helping us order an Uber (since we don't have the app), etc. Top place--very highly recommended.
