The hot water was absent the last 2 days of my stay

The staff is great, very helpful. The location is the best 👌 The room was comfy, clean, and perfect for a solo traveler. I can't account for the food because I didn't eat in the hotel. Recommend if you want a centric location where everything is near you!!!!!

Previously I was very critical of the way that the microcentro area had gone downhill. On this trip I found that it has noticeably improved. Maybe the new president is already working his magic, but to be fair the only way from the depths to which it had descended was up.

Great location, just on the edge of microcentro. Good rooms and very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not try the breakfast, but looking into the restaurant, it seemed more than adequate and good value for money. Some great bars and restaurants nearly - pick up the discount vouchers at the hotel reception. Definitely my 'go to' hotel in BsAs for the future.

Location was on a "walking street" so when we got there we had to walk from a nearby corner where we were dropped off with all our luggage. The whole time we were there we almost always had to walk to a corner to get a taxi or Uber. Also AC was unreliable. First 2 days it did not even work. The rest of the time it limped by after we asked to fix it. Only 2 staff spoke any English and there was not always one on duty.

Somewhat the location, it was near a lot of places to eat and shop and other things. That was really great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in hours early. Stored our luggage when we checked out because our plane was so late in the day.

The room was very warm and the centrally controlled air conditioning made a lot of noise but didn't really cool the room.

The location was perfect for exploring Buenos Aires, very central yet quiet and safe. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and pretty comfortable.

The location was Down Town BA, right in the center of everything. They organised airport transport for us. Very helpful and friendly staff . They managed to put us in rooms next to each other

The man at the front desk on check out. tried to get me for tax that was not . Was only 5000 , but he tried. Also, he got me a taxy cab that didn't use his meter and overcharge me 16000 for a fare that I know was no more than 7, 8000 . Shame on them both!

What I didn’t like was that the coffee was very weak and the scrambled eggs were always on the cold side. I believe they were made fresh, but they were not heated continuously once put in the bowl. Cold scrambled eggs are just not very appetizing and it wouldn’t have taken much to have them in a chafing dish with heat under to keep them warm. The only other thing I didn’t like was the hard beds. There was no foam on top of the hard mattress, and the edges of the mattress were hard as well. And the pillows were small.

It included breakfast, Continental type. Lots of pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, and coffee and scrambled eggs and toast and open faced sandwiches. The rooms were clean and the lobby area was clean and it had a great shower with a rain shower head. It had a fridge and a USB port on each side of the bed in the lamp. The staff were excellent friendly and could speak fairly good English. so that there was no trouble communicating at all. They ordered us a taxi when we were leaving and it was there exactly on time. It was on a pedestrian street which was very convenient for Exploring, eating out and shopping.
