A special shoutout to the hotel staff—they were very polite, friendly, and cheerful. The hotel itself was really convenient, and we especially enjoyed the pool. Everything felt well thought out, from the poolside towels to the shuttle service to the Universal parks.

The rooms had a great view of the open ocean. The hotel is ideally located; walkable to lots of restaurants nearby like Flounders, Salt, Bonsai etc. that have great food options. The facilities at the hotel are excellent. The jacuzzis and pool area is great. The kids especially loved the facility to visit the pool areas of the adjoining properties on both sides. The staff was great; breakfast spread was scrumptious with loads of options to either go for the buffet or order off the menu. Easy drive to Destin - Big Kahuna's etc. Jet Ski, Golf cart rentals very close by too. We were even able to get some surfing lessons in from a shop nearby. Overall a great location and a grand stay. Would go back anytime!!
