Dinner on the patio on our first night was magical, with ever-changing views of the clouds and hills as the sun set behind us. Our waiter, Matt, was a pure delight (as were all others during our stay). The food was spectacular. From the property, we set out on three hikes and one guided bike ride (shout out to George - he was amazing and a great coach!). Do not miss the gorgeous hike out to Devil's Bridge (the trailhead is a short drive away)! Start early - so peaceful. A bit challenging at the end, but so worth it! We also enjoyed the Trail House and talking to the knowledgeable staff.

Set just 25 km from Cliff Castle Casino, Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge provides accommodation in Cottonwood with access to pool with a view, a fitness centre, as well as a 24-hour front desk. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodations suite , was probably the best we have had in 20 years using Booking.com. the staff were great .we called reception re a minor problem with an appliance and it was sorted by the maintenance gentleman in minutes. The entertainment was excellent particularly Standswithbear one of Americas greatest flute players.

To be honest we were going to cancel as it was a little further than we expected from Vegas. However OH MY what a wonderful decision to stay, rooms are HUGE, well equipped and so comfortable. The pool is divine and open late!

This resort is on the White Mountain Trail System and is 3 miles from Pinetop. The resort offers a miniature golf course and suites with a fully equipped kitchen.

PVC at The Roundhouse Resort suites include a living room. The kitchens are equipped with a dish washer and microwave. The suites also have a washing machine and dryer. The cabin was very clean and organized. They provided everything we needed to stay and a few extras.
