At the resort, every room has a balcony. Rooms are complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, while certain units at LONELY GROOVE also provide guests with a patio. At the accommodation, all rooms are equipped with a seating area. Everything was amazing, the place was very peaceful. Moreover the guests are given the possibility to use the kitchen (coffee provided). The owner was very sweet :)

They answered all our questions beforehand instantly and helped us renting a car fitting to our need from Eddy. Being there they gave us lots of recommendations what to visit and which beaches are good for our 4 and 7 year old kids. Shops and lots of food options are in close walking distance. We very much enjoyed the resort which has a great pool, lots of green, a common kitchen and is very quiet. It was good that the rooms have aircon and a fan. If we ever come back to Ko Chang we would stay with them again.

Boasting a garden and a beachfront area, Sunrise Beach Resort is peacefully located at the east coast in Ko Chang, 3.7 km from Ao Sapparot Pier and 1.5 km from Centrepoint Ferry, the property is also 5 km away from Khlong Son Beach. Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. We have been traveling through Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia for almost two months, when we decided to end our trip in Koh Chang. First we went to the West Coast, where we had plenty of bars, restaurants and such, but for our last stay we wanted a quiet, beachfront bungalow, where we can enjoy our last days of holiday. We couldn't have chose better, since Sunrise is all this, and much more! Just 8 bungalows (4 on the beach), with a very romantic look and feel, a red sand beach with a deserted feeling, and one of the best swimming pools I have seen in the last years. The restaurant is tiny, with 14 options for lunch and dinner and 6 options for breakfast... But what options! We tried 12 out of the 14 dishes on the menu, all traditional thai, and we were simply mesmerized! All of them were amazing, with a perfect balance between deliciousness and size. If I would have to recommend something, even though it is very hard to choose, I would say the cashew tamarind dish, the stir fried garlic and pepper sauce and the sweet and sour one. But that is not all. First of all, this was the first place in two months that served proper coffee as we have it at home - in a french press. Second, and probably the reason for which our stay went from good to exceptional - the host, Penh. She is so kind, so helpful and so friendly, and she helped us with advice, renting a car, getting a massage and so on. Thank you so much Penh for having us! Location was great, perfect spot on the island for quiet and relaxation. Beebee and her team have always been making an effort and were caring for everything. Rooms are comfy, nice and super clean.

During their stay at Serenity Resort, guests can enjoy free uses of paddle boards and kayaks to explore the bay. The beachfront restaurant and bar is open all day serving both Thai and Western dishes as well as signature cocktails. Very relaxed and family friendly place with very kind and super helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks again!
