Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a variety of themed rooms. Local points of interest like Nagoya Castle and Port of Nagoya Public Aquarium are reachable within 16 km and 6 km, respectively.
The units in the resort are fitted with a kettle. All rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with a bath. All rooms will provide guests with a fridge.
The hotel is mere steps from Legoland theme park, so it really is the most convenient base for play days. The kids love their pirate-theme room, which we upgraded to the second category while checking in.
The hotel has two free play zones on level 2 where the restaurants are. These zones help keep the kids happy while daddy and mummy ate in peace.
Suite guests enjoy free activity workshop per stay.
Guests can also book a 30min water play session on premises.

The room was very clean, the beds are super comfy and they have prepared 3 different kinds of pillows ( 1 hard pillow, 1 feather soft pillow and 1 throw pillow) for each bed which made my sleep very comfortable and relaxing since I am used to sleep using 2 pillows. The view from our room was excellent.
Location is great, stuff are extremely polite and nice. This is not economy hotel, but luxury hotel; therefore, no microwave laundry and vending machine….
It was super convenient. Train station & Takashimaya is just below, more luxury shopping opposite and I love it.
Wow! From the minute we stepped into the amazing foyer we loved this hotel. Total old school luxury.
Nagoya Kanko Hotel feels very much like an old-school luxury hotel. It has classic rooms (more old fashioned) and modern rooms. Our group of 14 had both and we're quite satisfied with the room comfort. The breakfast was good, the bathrooms were good, but could use a remodel. Overall, it is a very good hotel and can be fully recommended.
Free luxury room upgrade due to air-conditioning issue in our room. Also it was good that you can check the status and availability of hotel washing machines from the room TV.
we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. hotel has 2 twins connecting rooms which turn out to be way bigger than any of the hotels we have stay. We had the luxury of 2 TVs. children can enjoy your cartoon while adults can enjoy theirs in peace. Perfect stay. hotel has coffee machine and free flow of ice cream at the lobby. Generous! plenty of parking. Parking rate is reasonable. we enjoyed our stay very much.
Everything was fancy and great. Easy check in and the bathroom was luxury.
Great fun! Indeed a resort more than a hotel. The experience of the building takes you to a different world. The restaurant staff took great care in explaining what foods were potentially allergy issues. They had plenty of space for luggage storage while we visited the park. The park entrance was immediately outside the door. The room was a lot of fun and well-designed. The treasure hunt was a nice touch for my son. He was very happy. Not sure I’d be willing to fork over the money for another stay.
Location: the hotel is conveniently connected to the Chubu airport and it is super easy to find it. I had an early flight and staying at this hotel made my travel easier. The room is bigger than I expected (sure it is not a resort nor a luxury hotel) but pretty decent to have a good night of sleep. The bathroom is clean and so is the shower.
