Beautiful caravan, so clean and comfortable. Owner was amazing, when we had a couple issues with the caravan we contacted Brian and within the hour the issues were fixed. Amazing service! Brian was available to answer any questions. Site itself is very clean. On site shop, restaurants, pool and entertainment. Caravan is in a nice quiet spot but just a couple minutes to the complex. Caravan had everything we needed. Car space right at the door too compared to some of the other caravans on site. Nice decking to sit on outside and fenced in which is great with kids. Kids did not want to leave!
Port Seton
The holiday home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. We stayed for a week in July and the accommodation was first class. Very quiet area and a short walk from the main facilities on the site and next to the 9-hole golf course. The caravan had everything we needed including a large TV, dishwasher and washing machine, therefore like a home from home. We chose to buy the optional Haven play-pass which gave us access to the pool and entertainment. We also found the prices for the bar very reasonable and the food on the menu was varied and good if you don't want to cook. Venturing out is easy if you want to leave your car on-site as there is a regular bus from the site (every 20mins or so) all the way to Edinburgh, which is very reasonable and easy. If your a golfer then pack your clubs as there are many quality golf clubs in the area.. Looking forward to visiting again..

Lossiemouth
Boasting sea views, hollies retreat offers accommodation with a fitness centre, a tennis court and a bar, around 600 metres from Lossiemouth West Beach. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, hairdresser's and sauna. The holiday home also offers facilities for disabled guests. The beach and area in general is fantastic. Used the washing machines and toilets on the caravan site - all ok and clean. Vans are reasonably spaced. Dogs allowed on the beach all year. Amazing to watch the jets from RAF Lossiemouth going in and out on training missions - noisy (for a few minutes a few times a day) but fun to watch! Having an RAF base so close does not at all detract from how lovely the area is.

The guest house features a spa experience, with its sauna, hammam and fitness room. The property is non-smoking and is set 26 km from Urquhart Castle. The large space was great for our family, and the Abbey’s setting is beautiful. The staff was friendly and really responsive. I only wish we’d had more than 3 days to spend in this idyllic setting. We’ll definitely return.

beautiful location, comfy lodges with little luxury extras
Felt like pure luxury.
Fantastic place. Excellent family resort. The kids loved every minute of our trip. The log burner and hottub just topped it all off.
We booked a Luxury Spa Lodge and a Family Lodge. They were both lovely and exactly what we were looking for. They were very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was immaculate. Absolutely beautiful apartment with even more beautiful views. Mike and Lyndsey were a delight to communicate with and were always happy to answer any questions. The small finishing touches were just fabulous as well as the added luxury such as robes and slippers.
The Hen Pen was spacious yet homely. A beautiful house in a beautiful setting with every luxury needed for a great weekend away. The welcome provisions were a lovely touch and gratefully received.
It is a golf resort, located in peripheral dunfermline. Dinner was Nice. Good single malt colection. Very very calm location. Room was sumptuous, very big. A bit cold owing to windows were left open, and took almost 4h for it to become warmer.
The location, service levels at Reception, room facilities (eg size, hygiene etc) were to a very high standard. We booked a king room and suite, both were brilliant. We stayed at 5 different places on our trip to Scotland and this was by far the best hotel /service by all. Especially when you compare it to some of the so called 5* golf & spa resorts and hotels we stayed at. Well done Ness Walk and the team. This in our opinion should be classified as a boutique hotel.
