Mr Dorje built a stunning resort with amazing rooms, wonderful landscaping and gardends, top notch spa facilities and an excellent staff. The Bar Peepal resort on Pokhara was exactly what the doctor ordered. Calm, tranquil, high on a hill looking out over the lake but only 10 minutes walk from the Lakeside party area. Breakfast was delivered to our room and consisted of yogurt parfait, eggs, sausage, potato hash, vegetables, pancakes/toast, juice, coffee, tea. The eggs were perfectly cooked and everything tasted good. The hotel is serene and peaceful and spa services were also excellent. The hotel staff was one of the best I've experienced and I've traveled a lot, to 6 star all-inclusive resorts etc. The location was great and everything was walking distance. They give you 2 large bottles of water daily.
