The staff was exceptional, from the beginning of our stay through the end. The welcome aperitif and chocolates were a nice touch to transition to the calm of the resort. The personal note in the room was appreciated. Cristina (front desk) was very attentive. Gianluca was excellent in attending us at breakfast and dinner as were the captains in the dining room. The gardens were attended with meticulous care, and the housekeeping staff was so efficient. The lifeguards were pleasant and the spa services were excellent. The Lunaria restaurant was also a joy to experience. So much to say about how wonderful our visit was. Thank you to the staff, who really can make the difference!

One of the best hotels we have ever been to! Everything was perfect from the room to the service to the food and the location. Exceptional hotel! Our room was beautiful, the resort itself had beautiful gardens the two pools are stunning. The food and drinks are a dream, the breakfast was a la carte as well as buffet and it was just amazing. We can’t wait to come back!!

La habitación era correcta, con una terracita con vistas al jardín, y había una piscina realmente excelente. La atención a la llegada fue muy cordial y eficiente. El Resort está bien situado para visitar la zona arqueológica de Arzachena y tampoco está lejos de las playas de la costa Esmeralda.
