We spent here 3 nights (4 people) and we were dissapointed. The good things were that we had TV with Netflix and Youtube, heating was great and kitchen had some pots, plates, oven, microwave, oil etc. The bed was comfortable. Metro was 10 mins away on foot (M8).

The staff are the most friendly & helpful team in my decades of experience visiting Paris every month. I used to stay in bigger more luxury hotels, but I’ve booked this hotel for my husband a few times and he said I have to try it, which I did. Now I think I will not book anywhere else anymore 😄

We had a room with en-suite (you could get ones with shared bathrooms for which you pay extra for hot water - but our days of doing that are over!). It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Typically of 19th/early 20th century places like this you could hear footsteps above and people coughing through the walls, but everything fell quiet when one wanted to get to sleep; so, no problem. It's not luxury, it's like going to a hotel in Paris fifty years ago, we loved it!

It has the Parisian vibe that we were looking for and the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony made the stay perfect. We loved the option of having breakfast in bed/in the room and the spread in the dining room was great too. The room and bathroom were luxurious and very clean. Above all, we love the great service and cheerful staff who greeted us each time we arrive at the lobby.
