The personal was really nice and helpful, the location is perfect between the train station and the city center (15min walking to each). You can use a microwave and have hot water for free. Really convenient.

It is a beautiful luxury hotel with a very relaxing sphere. The staff is fantastic: polite, approachable, they make everything happen you ask for. Breakfast is great, very delicious coffee and pastries.

Location was central & quiet. Everything to visit was within walking distance. Great restaurants abounded and convenience stores as well. The luxury bath products provided were much appreciated.

The déco is wonderful and very chic, the staff is so welcoming and well-trained, the rooms are fantastic, luxury-style but low profile, and the spa is simply the best. If you are looking for a luxury, calm stay this is your place. The views were amazing and the spa has everything you need. The breakfast was really luxurious and the staff was always helpful.
The location is amazing, with gorgeous views of the centre of Colmar. It was really central, with very convenient, with a supermarket right underneath the apartment. Very roomy apartment so we were able to get a huge space which is a luxury.
