LUXURY! Fabulous beach location, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, an amazing roof top pool, and the best shower ever. Hard to imagine that there is a better hotel in Barecelona.
We were happy that the location was near the sea and at the same time very close to the very popular 'La Rambla' where there are so many shops, bars and nightlife. It was important to us that the hotel was clean and welcoming and El Canton certainly is. It is not a luxury hotel but is of a very acceptable standard, imprtantly clean, well run and good value for its very competative price.
This isn't our first stay at Dis-loyalty program hotel and The Hoxton Barcelona remains a delightful experience. We stayed here for a special occasion and were thoroughly impressed by the warm reception (special thanks to Mauro!).
The lobby bar is a highlight, where the Eden’s Garden cocktail is a must-try. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique vibe - 'luxury against the system' - and, of course, for the stunning views.
