I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time.
This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.
5 star resort beautifully located on a hill with a breathtaking view over "Lago die Lugano". We felt absolutely welcomed by the hotel team and the complimentary services such as tennis courst and bike rentals were more than convenient.
Very nice hotel with beautiful scenery of Lugano lake and mountain. Nearby city's center and a lovely small square just in front of the hotel. Lots of luxury brand shops on the Nassa street. Big balcony, a cup of wine on chair to see the lake and mountain. Museum LAC and MASK just few minutes to access by walk. All staffs kind and supportive. Breakfast quite comfortable.
Very pleasing room with comfortable sofa and amazing view from terrace. Dining area has a touch of old-fashioned luxury with tablecloths with large panoramic windows overlooking lake and mountains. Good breakfast.
Beautiful location, breath-taking views, very convenient apartment that had everything to feel like home, pleasant and relaxing pool area.
Location of the property is great to explore Lugano and Italian border area while being in a quiet and cozy resort.
