Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

We got a 2 bedroom apartment on the 35th floor. We had an exceptional view of the ocean and the bedrooms. The living room had a mountain view and the kitchen had a partial ocean view. Apartment was spacious with awesome views all around. Beach was literally 2 mins away and the main Surfers Paradise shops were a short 15 minutes away. There is a tram station (Surfers Paradise North) just below the property making it easy to travel throughout the Gold Coast. Parking was secure and in the basement.

The hotel location, the pool, the buffet breakfast, the room size and location were all very good and value for money. The staff was extremely polite and nice. The Terraces restaurant and food were excellent. could not beat the view or access to the beach. We spent many happy hours in the hotel pool and by its bar.
