I totally enjoyed my stay at Guzide Hotel starting from check-in till check-out and even a while after it. Everything was perfect: WiFi was good enough for me to work, clean spacious room, big bathroom, hot water was there all the time, the breakfast was yummy, very nice dining area and terraces! The owner Murat and his brother Yusuf were super friendly and helpful. Please don't hesitate to book hot air baloons and other tours with them, be sure that they will do their best to get you the best deal! The hotel is very close to the observation point to watch the baloons.

Hotel is great to see the balloons from the terraces. Staff was very nice and professional. There was a hiccup with the service once which was taken very seriously by the staff.

We really like the ensuite (bath room , bath tub, toilet) which was underground wow amazing! The view to look at the air balloon was astonishing! we were at the very right place! You won't be deceived. The owner and the staffs were very friendly and very kind and very helpful. They arranged our private taxi, the air ballon and the ATV. They always respond on whatsapp so you won't need to wait for an answer if you want more information. ☺️ WE will definitely come again. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

I didn't regret paying a little extra to stay at the Cappadocia Cave Suites. The whole experience from the start was amazing. The stuff was so friendly and had great recommendations. Emre helped us enhance our experience while we were at Goreme by recommending tours, shuttles and even booking the hot air balloon experience at the time of checking. The view from the room was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Do not skip the private tour. Even my 4 year old enjoyed every single place we visited during the tour (which was pretty much everything we had in our itinerary). Esma, our tour guide was very friendly, informative and thanks to her my daughter had a great time during the tour. I highly recommend Cappadocia Cave Suites!

The room was clean and cozy. The facilities were working and fresh towels were provided daily. The view from the terrace was amazing! It is located just below sunset point. The breakfast buffet was great. The guys at the reception (Ata and Mert) were really helpful. We booked our hot air balloon ride, ATV sunset ride tour, taxis and shuttle to airport from them at very good rates. I reached before my check-in time and they even offered me breakfast for that day for free :) I missed my flight and they even helped me book another flight. The hotel location is a 5 minute hike from Goreme center. It is great value for money as other hotels in its vicinity with similar view were very expensive comparatively.

First of all Mehmet’s hospitality is over the roof!! This guys is amazing in every way! The rooms are comfy with traditional design in mind. The location is excellent in the centre of Goreme. A small walk gets you at restaurants and coffee shops! Highly recommended!!
