The location is excellent, quiet yet close to two train stations (Novy Smokovec and Sibir). The center of Stary Smokovec is also in easy walking distance. For visitors without car, this location is optimal, as it isn't too far from either end of the Tatra railway. The building and the furniture are brand new and modern. The apartment has plenty of space for 4 people. The beds are very comfortable. A large table is well suited for family meals. Nice bathroom. The staff was nice and helpful.

Zuzana is a very good host, fast in communication and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and is well equipped. It is very close to a tram stop, like 4 mins walk, yet it is in very quiet location which is really good to have a nice sleep after long hikes. Beds for comfortable. Apartment although a bit small, I think enough for 1-2 person. Tram stop near the apartment has direct connections to Poprad Tatry, Strbske Pleso, Stary Smokovec.. so pretty much everywhere. I recommend to stay here.

The villa is located in the quaint Dolny Smokovec, which is a perfect place to relax and explore the High Tatras with the electric tram. The station is just 2 min away. Bonus: you get in before everyone enters in the more busy Stary Smokovec. Beautiful property with a rich history and a nice garden to sit. The host Ivan is super friendly, helpful and a great cook, plus he speaks German. Definitely ask for dinner once. Much better than any of the impersonal hotels or AirBnBs.

A nice, quiet and comfortable apartment in a building just next to the train stop Pekna Vyhliadka (but I did not hear the trains at all) or c.a. 10 minutes walking from the "main station" Stary Smokovec. The facilities are new and clean, there is a small kitchen with a kettle, microwave oven and an induction plate and a separate, very clean bathroom. There is an Italian restaurant in the same building and a few other good meal options in a walking distance.

Location in heart of Stary Smokovec - charming village, close to routes in Tatra Mountains (some routes start in the village). Village is a touristic place but is quiet, has some nice restaurants, bars. We visited also Strbske PPleso and Tatranska Lomnica, but we preferred Stary Smokovec, hard to explain why. To other two there is a train just few minutes from the apartment. Apartment is clean, quite spacious, has balcony with a beutiful view. Thank you, all was good!

clean, big apartment, fridge and kitchen available to cook and prepare food. Kitchen utensils were plenty, whatever you may need, however I would be happy to see also coffee and tea. Apartment was also 15 minutes walk away from Stary Smokovec and from rail to Hrebienok, also entrance is like 5 meters (really) from train stop Pekna Vyhliadka. Convenient parking place available, owner very helpful made sure we could find our way and key late in the evening.

This was by far the best place we stayed at in Slovakia. It has very friendly and caring staff. Our room was tastefully decorated and also very big and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located in Stary Smokovec, close to the funicular. We stayed only two nights but they still made the bed for us. The fantastic breakfast prepared us for a very long day hike, and the nicely made bed and excellent shower were just what we needed when we returned.

Apartment was completely awesome. Even better than the pictures are showing. Beautifully designed, very comfortable, fully equipped, the infrasauna was amazing and the apartment smelled amazing every day. Very warm even with the heaters turned off. Best location in Stary Smokovec, everything was near, shop, station, coffee shops and restaurants. Basically best place to stay for very fair price in the center of High Tatras. I highly recommened this place.

Good comfortable beds (mattress is rather hard). Well equipped kitchen (for a studio type room). Room service is limited (replenish toiletries and remove garbage daily), but it's ok. Location is a bit on a side of the village - no problem if you want a quiet stay. Dedicated car parking place. Shortcut footpath to Stary Smokovec available bypassing Grand Hotel side. Excellent value for the money.

Good atmosphere, lovely building. Directly next to cable car and two minutes from shops and restaurants of Stary Smokovec. Good price - much better on booking.com than for the Tatranska Lomnica Grand Hotel Praha. They seem to hold private events in special rooms, whereas Grand Hotel Praha just kicks its guests out of the restaurant, off the terrace, for closed birthday and wedding parties.

The location was close to all the hiking routes and to the train station in Starý Smokovec. It was also a great starting point for exploring the village with all the necessary shops nearby. The hosts were always reachable and willing to take care of our concerns. The apartment itself is small but very cozy, clean, and very well-equipped. The view from the balcony was lovely.

Classic, tasty continental breakfast and dinners with elements of Slovakian cuisine. A family stay is diversified by a cinema room for children, a kids' club located near to Lobby bar :-) swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a hotel mini zoo. Great location, at the foot of the Slovak High Tatras, a few minutes by car to Starý Smokovec.

Apartment has a lot of facilities, we had everything that was necessary for our stay. Some other people wrote parking is pricey, but it is comparable to other parking places. We left our car parked and used the trains that connect Stary Smokovec to other Tatra villages. The hosts were extremely helpful and communication was fast and easy. We enjoyed staying here!

The hotel is ideal for an affordable hiking holiday. It is located near a train station and bus stop within walking distance of the main hub of Stary Smokovec. You can start off any walks with the extensive breakfast offered. Moreover, (manager? Owner?) Mr. Janko is very nice and was extremely helpful in resolving any issues I encountered.

Clean and roomy apartment. Great location in the centre of Stary Smokovec close to lift station to Hrebienok, many restaurants, pizzeria, café, pubs and shops. Easy Check-In/Out. Parking in the garage included in the price!

Very nice place in centre od Stary Smokovec, close to railway station, nice parking spot (available through elevator), beatiful mountain view from balcony/windows. Apartment has all that is needed for stay in High Tatras.

Spacious and clean room. Great view. Superior location in the centre of Starý Smokovec: close to the train station, restaurants, supermarket and rack railway to Hrebienok. For extra money, the hotel offers great SPA.

Perfect communication with key manager (lady was really kind and flexible), Apartment really cosy and clean. Stary Smokovec is perfect place to start all the treks to High Tatra mountains. I really recommend.

The apartment is located centrally . Everything is in walking distance . Milan ( host ) helped and reacted inmediately . Parking the car was also easy . Stary Smokovec is a beutiful place to relax .

Very good location - close to the super market, Starý Smokovec–Hrebienok funicular, restaurants. Free private parking. The apartment is newly and modernly furnished. Highly recommend!
