The room, food, decor, location, atmosphere, all spot on! but what really made this place great was the staff, all so kind and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile. We are a charity and couldn't have achieved our mission on Santa Maria without the help of the amazing Sophia, an absolute credit to Charming Blue, thank you so much from all the team and crew at The Maiden Factor. I can't wait to come back!!

Situato a soli 1 km dall'aeroporto di Santa Maria, l'Hotel Santa Maria, a 4 stelle, offre un ampio giardino e una piscina all'aperto. The breakfast was good - the staff was phenomenal. Aida at the counter was amazing throughout our stay. Helped us with tours , locations , cabs ….. A++++ reception. She definitely loved her job.

Almagreira
Situato a Almagreira, nella regione di Santa Maria, il Quinta do Falcão offre sistemazioni con parcheggio privato gratuito. So happy we stayed here! One of the top hotels we've ever been to. Space was generous, comfortable, and well-appointed. Service was excellent. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Vila do Porto
A recently renovated holiday home set in Vila do Porto, Cosy Private Cottage w/sea views & wifi features a garden. The property features garden and quiet street views. The place is amazing. Aideen is great. If you're looking for a place that's kind of isolated on your own hill top in the middle of nowhere, yet just up the hill from a small town with a great restaurant, look no further. Awesome sunrise when you wake up in the morning. Beautiful stars at night.
Santa Bárbara
Located in Santa Bárbara, Alo Baía São Lourenço provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. Beautiful, modern and very clean apartment with a a great outdoor space as well! Perfect location across the street from the best beach on the island. There was a welcome gift full of wonderful Azorean things to try and the host went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. I would highly recommend!
Vila do Porto

Santo Espírito
Situata a Santo Espírito, nella regione delle Azzorre, la Casa dos Valentes offre un patio e la vista sul giardino. A rustic house with a view, outside the village (700 m to the Brasilian bar in Santo Espírito). On a small hill with a tricky but manageable drive up. Pedro is a very helpful and responsible host and in case of any problem (we had with a hot water) he reacted immediately. The casa with all comfort needed for a nice stay on the island. We recommend Casa dos Valentes very much.
São Pedro
Situato a São Pedro, il Quinta de São José offre sistemazioni climatizzate con patio. This farmhouse is not only beautiful, but has all of the modern conveniences you can want. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return!

He was helpful in every single way and we can only recommend to stay at his place! The walk up is a challenge but definitely worth the view!

Considerando come è distribuita l'isola di Santa Maria, la posizione è ottima, 10minuti a piedi e arrivi a ristoranti/bar/farmacia ecc. Comodo il parcheggio di fronte dall'altro lato della strada, se come noi hai preso una macchina a noleggio. questo è un ostello, ma ha anche camere doppie con bagno come quella che avevamo prenotato noi. La camera era molto spaziosa, bagno pure. Tutto molto pulito e tenuto bene, belli gli spazi in comune e carina anche la zona piscina.

Appartamento incredibilmente bello. Moderno, pulito e accogliente. Vista sulla baia spettacolare. La proprietaria simpaticissima e molto disponibile. L'isola di Santa Maria è un gioiello.
A wonderful location to stay, we liked everything! Beautiful big house, has all the facilities you need. Nice welcome present with some bread, butter, cookies, much appreciated. Very quiet and peaceful. In the middle of fantastic nature of Santa Maria island, a convinient base to stay for hiking. Also just 10 minutes walk to the village Santo Espirito which has a grocery, bakery and 2 cafes.
From the moment you arrive there is a feeling of being welcomed. For ever aspect of our stay Luís was there to assist, from restaurant reservations to trail info. Bella made us a welcome basket and homemade treats. For New Years there was champagne! Truly an amazing place in the most beautiful of settings.
