Everything is great: location, room, breakfast with a view, free bikes for guests... but the best thing is definitely the staff! I've never had any hotel staff go so much out of their way to make us feel at home. Thank you so much! We feel incredibly privileged.

La Hacienda Bahia Paracas is located right by Paracas Bay and has panoramic ocean views. The comfortably, rustic rooms have private terraces where guests can enjoy the sunsets. Great hotel really, a gem in Paracas. They actually upgraded us for free, which was a very pleasant surprise. Service was phenomenal, staff were quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. Most were bilingual as well. Drinks from the restaurant made it to our room in about 5 minutes every time, they ordered our taxis, and always helped with luggage and opening the doors. Amazing pools, one is heated. The other pool is spacious but could use a deep end. The restaurant is amazing, food, desserts, and drinks were delicious and the waiters were attentive and friendly. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the massages at their spa so much the first time, we ended up scheduling some the following day. The spa in the suite was really nice as well, only recommendation would be slanting both side of the spa so a couple can really enjoy it together. Museum was also a lot nicer than we expected, history from all parts of Peru are there. Game area was a nice little area, ping pong, foosball, darts, and pool. They also have indoor rock climbing there (mostly for kids but adults can do it too). There is even a trampoline outside, my girlfriend and I are adults but still took a turn on that.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was very personal, familial and the staff were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond by accommodating our late check-in and even served us a meal at midnight. Their own agency for organizing excursions made our trip planning effortless. We would definitely return to this hotel without hesitation!

He walked with us to a nearby restaurant that served delicious vegetarian food, assisted us in organizing tours, answered our many questions and treated us with hospitality.

És un hostal genial! Té un munt de zones comunes molt ben equipades i agradables. Tot molt lluminós i ventilat. L'habitació compartida molt bé, té endolls a tots els llits, matalàs molt còmode, hi ha lockers amb clau per cadascú i s'hi descansa molt bé. L'habitació doble increïble, amb un llit comodíssim, armari, televisor i aire acondicionat. Els lavabos també estaven genial i la dutxa era fantàstica. És l'hostal amb la millor relació qualitat-preu que he trobat a Perú en general i especialment a Ica.

Té un pati amb piscina molt acollidor. L’hotel té restaurant i fan sopars molt correctes. Ubicació molt bona. Habitació neta i tracte del personal agradable. No ens funcionava l’aigua calenta al matí però ens ho van solucionar.

Location was fabulous, enjoyed the view. Rooms were close to each other, however, each one had its private entrance really cute with flowers around the entrance. Pool is pretty big but I believe there should be a pool for kids only. We tried to swim but pool was full with kids. I don’t have an issue with that, just wanted to relax and enjoy the pool. Room was spacious and bed was about a 75% comfy. I just like my bed not to hard not to soft. Entertainment was fun . Noche con Criollo. Food/breakfast had a selection and loved the mini tamales. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

We arrived early Morning in Ica and the Hotel, although checkin was later we were able get our room earlier. The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. In General the Hotel is in a very good shape (clean Pool, roof terrace, Restaurant,…). The Price was also unbeatable.

Lovely hotel across the street from the bus station and a couple of blocks from the main plaza. Our room was very clean and quiet - it was at the back of the hotel complex. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don’t know why so many bad comments, but it was a grate hotel in good location. Nice swimming pool area, rooms clean and comfy. Good Wi-Fi. Yes there was mosquitoes by the pool, but they provide a spray from them. Good parking inside hotel as well
