Hotel De Walvisvaarder lies exactly in the center of the beautiful Dutch island Terschelling. The hotel upgraded us to the "Cupido Suite" which had a steam room & jacuzzi, it was a fabulous surprise! We had a lovely lunch & dinner, we rented bicycles & got a couples massage. We really enjoyed cycling to the beach! The staff were very friendly and helpful! All the facilities were very clean!

The modern Hotel Bornholm is centrally located on Terschelling. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and bike routes and there is a sauna, a fitness area and a Turkish steam bath. Comfortable and very friendly staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel during your Terschelling visit. The beds are really comfy, views are nice, rooms are spacious and with modern facilities and breakfast is very good!

In the heart of Terschelling, next to the Brandaris lighthouse, is one of the island’s oldest hotels combining traditional hospitality with modern comforts. Loved the location as it was a short distance from the dock and near all the stores and restaurants. Really great breakfast bar with fresh bread. Staff was very friendly and made my stay so much better. Really big shower and a very clean room.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from De Koegelwieck Nature Park, this hotel offers a private cottage and a warmly decorated suite. Its restaurant serves traditional Irish dishes and beers. A very cozy small hotel, with just 3 rooms and very good restaurant downstairs. The room is spacious and very comfortable, everything was spotless clean.

Hotel Altijd Wad is a small and comfortable hotel in the heart of West Terschelling. The hotel is located at the foot of the lighthouse and offers free Wi-Fi. The hotel rooms are uniquely decorated. Awesome B&B, awesome host, awesome everything. We were arriving late into the night, and we got an explicit instruction about how to check in. The room was clean, comfy and it had an AC. which was rather nice during the (uncommonly) high temperatures. The bed was very good, we slept well. The common area has unlimited tea/coffee facilities, as well as a refrigerator and a tea kettle, which help fix your cup of tea or a glass of cooled wine at any time. The owner of the B&B is very nice and welcoming, she spoke perfect English and was able to navigate us around the town and the isle. The breakfast was good, everything we could have wanted was there. On top of it, due to our early departure, we could not take breakfast during the breakfast hours, so the owner did offer us a breakfast to go...which was indeed, very kind!

Hotel Buren is a cozy family hotel, only a 5-minute walk from the harbor and the lighthouse. The hotel has a very convenient location for the ferry, village center, and nature reserve. Very nice and cozy hotel - close to the harbour & beach. Lovely place to relax and enjoy! We felt warmly welcomed and served.

Oepkes is centrally located in Terschelling, in the village of West-Terschelling, a 4-minute walk from the harbor where guests can enjoy the incoming and outgoing ships. The location was excellent and the host was super knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely come back. The tomato soup was also very good

Located in Oosterend, 3.1 miles from wrakkenmuseum, Hotel Dichtbijzee has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Nice room, great location, feels like the end of the earth, with dunes on all sides but only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, and half hour ride from West Terschelling. Staff put on a lovely breakfast, they went to a lot of effort for guests. Also when we had early check out on our last day, they packed us a very generous breakfast. Beautiful location, especially on a clear moonless night. Walk into the dunes and after about 20 minutes your eyes will acclimatise to the extreme dark and you'll get to experience the milky way! Tip: amazing restaurant De Heeren van Der Schelling, 2 minutes walk away!
