Great location, 10 minute walk to Red Square. Many restaurants nearby, a shopping mall across the street. The Majestic is a beautiful hotel, colonial style. When we arrived we were offered cold towels and a basket of delicious tea and cookies, which was very nice. Our room was large and comfortable. We had breakfast included and it was a la carte in their restaurant. We are vegetarian and found the breakfast menu to have very limited choices but our waiter, Yudi was very helpful and accommodating and we worked around the menu and had a nice breakfast every morning. It was always nice to be greeted by Yudi's wonderful smile each morning and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He's a great asset to the Majestic Hotel and we thank him for his kind and gracious service.

We could not have been more pleased with our accommodation at The Pines which exceeded our expectations in every possible way. While from the outside the building is not overly appealing the rooms and facilities were outstanding. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the location which was a short walk to the city centre along the River. Thoroughly recommended.
