The beautiful building facing the lake Como, steps away from the ferry. The room was spacious with a cite decor. The view over lake Como was breathtaking. The stuff was very friendly and the food delicious food. Definitely will stay again.

The view from the room is simply breathtaking and something that one should not miss. Thanks to the TA community , I had zeroed on in staying at Varenna and in particular at Hotel Olivedo. I am so happy I did that. Bellagio is not on the train route. Hotel olivedo is 4-5 minute walk from the rail station and right on the ferry terminal which is a huge plus in these locations.

Mamma Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's centre, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard. Very good location. The reception is amazing if you do not speak Italian and they are very kind and always here to give you help and tips to visit. They helped me for the ferry. The room is super clean with a kettle and tea and a mini fridge. The area is calm with everything you need. So much better than the business of bellagio or varenna. The locals are very nice. The hotel breakfast is great with all you need as a buffet. Also I had dinner at the café from the restaurant and the lasagna, the raviolis and the chianti wine was so good. I really loved the raviolis its the best I ever had. Will def come back. Grazie mille !
