Also as a bonus, the hotel doesn’t have its own bar but the staff will kindly run to the local shop for you if you wanted a beer or anything. Excellent value for money. I’m so glad I stayed here!!

We arrived at the area at around 2 am and she really waited for us and make sure we settled in along with her staff. We love the refreshing ambiance and a peaceful place to be in. There are more future plans for the place that we look forward to such as stargazing, BBQ place, camp fire and many more great ideas that she shared with us in the morning. Surely a one night stay isn't enough for such a great place like this. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Goa.

Desde $ 31.473 por nocheLa ubicación es excelente si no te quieres mover de Agonda, ya que está justo en frente de la playa. El problema es que está lejos de el resto de playas y pueblos de Goa y tienes que ir en taxi si o si, y los precios del taxi son muy altos en comparación a otras ciudades de la India. La habitación estaba bien, pero el ventilador hacía mucho ruido. La cama era cómoda, pero no tenían sábanas solo una manta estando a casi 38 grados. El sitio es tranquilo.

Desde el hotel nos facilitaron los traslados al aeropuerto, qué no es sencillo en Goa. Lo recomendable es alquilar una moto por 400 rupias y moverse por las playas del norte, es sencillo. La playa de Anjuna es cerca y para pasar una jornada al sol es buena.

I am a solo traveller and booked the sea facing suite as a birthday treat. If you book this hotel, definitely book the sea facing suite as it is one of the best designed suites I have seen at a hotel. You get a beautiful tub with rose petals, welcome wine, two smart TVs and a beautiful deck. The DJ played amazing music and the ambience because of the music was really upbeat. The location is right on a private part of the beach and if you like peace and quiet, this is great! The staff was courteous. Sneha from the reception found out it’s my birthday and arranged a lovely cake surprise for me in the morning with a beautiful three layer vegetarian cake. Sneha was polite and courteous during the whole time. A special thanks to Sneha for arranging birthday cake. Other than the sea facing room, another awesome part of the stay was the tasty breakfast. There was so much variety from home made healthy spreads, to “make your own Bhel Puri” to fresh parathas and dosa. As a vegetarian there were plenty of tasty options for me. Having the meals while looking at the ocean waves was another awesome experience. I have posted a video of my lovely experience on my IG under sassykeets. Overall, the stay was incredibly special and memorable. I would recommend this boutique hotel and their sea facing room for a lovely Goa stay.

This is our second time staying at the Cidade and the umpteenth time we have visited it, since my father lived nearby for many years. It's one of my family's favourite places on earth, a true home from home, so I am perhaps not an objective reviewer, but I am a big fan. The location is picture perfect; the modest, understated architecture by the late, great Charles Correa is inspired by traditional Goan-Portuguese styles and blends pleasingly with the natural surroundings; the beach is gorgeous; the Indian food buffet on offer as part of the half-board plan is excellent; the facilities are what you expect from a hotel of its class. What is truly exceptional is the staff, who were uniformly warm, welcoming, helpful, and efficient.
