Had a late arrival but Ra‘anan the owner himself was waiting for us and explained everything we had to know. The villa has a lot of atmosphere and you feel at home and like a big family together with the other guests. Everything is well maintained and clean, we slept very well in the comfortable bed. There is facilities in the common kitchen that you can use if you want to make your own meal. We will come back.

Great location, facilities and exceptional breakfast . Staff were very helpful especially Victor who assisted beyond what his job entailed.

This is a wonderful and really high-quality Kibbutz Hotel by the Dead Sea. It is safe to stay at the hotel, because the hotel is guarded by a group of +10 soldiers of the Israeli army 24h/7d and the area is fenced with barbed wire. The hotel is like its own village, there is a shop and its own nice terraced houses. And there's a wonderful swimming pool and in the yard you can grill meat in a real wood fire and buy beer from a convenience store 100 meters away. There are nice cats in the yard that you want to feed with pieces of meat. I come back here and grill outside and swim in the wonderful swimming pool or the nearby Dead Sea swimming pool.

Offering a free spa and free WiFi throughout, Herods Dead Sea is a hotel on the Dead Sea Beach, across the Edom Mountains. Everything about this Hotel was above excellent. From the moment we stepped inside we felt like part of a family. A great friendly manager by the name of Roy made our short stay absolutely memorable and we loved every bit of it. The beach was clean and well laid out. The pools were exquisite, especially the warm inside dead sea pool. wow, what a pleasant surprise that was. As for the food, - BRILLIANT. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast and the selection and quality of the food were superb. The room is beautifully appointed. Have been to Israel a number of times and this Hotel ranks amongst the best if not THE BEST. Well done to the management team. Job well done!

Set on the Dead Sea shores in the north of Ein Bokek region, Herbert Samuel Hod Dead Sea Hotel has free Wi-Fi in the lobby and offers a sea-view terrace with a salted-water swimming pool. The beach was something special and not seen anywhere else and it was a pleasure to go to the beaches in the dead sea, the room with a view of the sea and the beach was very impressive and the conditions were very good, the breakfast was very abundant, varied and very tasty.. .

The breakfast was a gastronomic journey. All the taste of the east were on the table! Kind staff in the restaurant. Helpful Chef explaind all the meals. The. most important, all were fresh and. tasted fantastic!

Breakfast and dinner were good, a big variety of options. It was our first time on the Dead Sea, and we absolutely loved it, it's a very cool experience. The beach was very comfortable, well maintained and nicely equipped.
