Staff was super helpful and polite, and the room was very clean, exactly as shown in the website pictures. Breakfast was good, but it was exactly same on both days, so could do with some variety, But enjoyed the breakfast.

Finally, the young red headed lady who checked us in was a ball of absolute pleasure and positivity.

Birmingham és una ciutat industrial sense luxes ni encant... però és Anglaterra, i quan t'agrada aquest pais, t'agrada Birmingham. Moltes botigues, un centre bulliciós (Bull ring) i poca cosa més he vist. El viatge ha sigut per anar al Genting Arena, a veure un concert de Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow. Les comunicacions entre la ciutat i l'aeroport o l'Arena, fantàstiques, tot a l'hora, còmode, net i fàcil d'entendre. Val la pena visitar Cadbury's World, a 15 minuts en tren del centre, la fàbrica de la deliciosa xocolata, amb parc temàtic inclòs.

Chester és una ciutat d'origen romà. Els principals encants són el passeig per la muralla, que es manté en tot el seu recorregut, i el centre antic, ple de botiguetes disposades en dos nivells: a peu de carrer i a mitja alçada, per unes galeries cobertes precioses. Tot està a una distància raonable caminant i és molt agradable per passejar. Com a atraccions per visitar, la catedral, d'entrada lliure, és molt bonica. També hi ha ruines romanes d'un amfiteatre (també d'entrada gratuïta) i el camp de curses de cavalls més antic d'Anglaterra. Hi ha moltíssims restaurants i pubs. Nosaltres vam anar a "The Architect", un local molt típic que té una terrassa molt agradable i una selecció de cerveses, amb un personal molt atent per recomanar-te'n.

We took apartment in Tregenna Castle. It was big, all equipped and clean. Breakfast was included in our package and they have amazing breakfast buffet. Resort also allows available amenities like swimming, gold, tennis etc. Parking was free and near to apartment. Resort have easy access to Porthminster beach.
