We were welcomed with a lot of enthusiasm and caring to this beautiful country inn right on the Dordogne River. Sitting on the patio looking out over the valley was a bit of heaven! The dining room was lovely. It was a fine base to visit nearby Sarlat La Canadia and to see other ancient buildings in the Dordogne area.

The Chartreuse du Bignac is surrounded by a 12-hectare park with a view of the vineyards, woods and orchards. It has an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool. Beautiful chateau in the French countryside- beautiful room, comfortable bed, great shower. Very kind staff! Excellent food.

This hotel is located in the medieval village of Monpazier. This 4-star hotel offers rooms overlooking the hills of the Périgord and Monpazier. Loved the setting, kind of luxurious but welcoming atmosphere, the swimming pool was excellent. The staff wonderful, friendly and family approach with the guests. Breakfast was organic and chosen tastefully and eco conscious, so perfect!

In the heart of the Périgord region, Hotel La Métairie - Les Collectionneurs is a 4-star boutique hotel dating from the 19th-century and surrounded by fields. The hotel exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully situated in the middle of nature, fully equipped with all possible facilities and with an excellent restaurant. The staff were discreet and efficient but very friendly. There was a restrained yet intimate atmosphere.

Hôtel Bar Brasserie L ' ESCALE อยู่ในแบร์เฌอรัก และอยู่ห่างสถานีรถไฟแบร์เฌอรัก ไม่เกิน 50 ม. Mika (I think his name is) gave me a really warm welcome. He carried all my bags for me to my room and brought me a beer as soon as I was settled. He also allowed me to park my motorbike right next to the front door (next to his scooter) so I knew it would be safe. I felt like royalty! As a lone female traveller I felt safe and secure here as well as very welcome. The place is in perfect quiet position and easy to walk into the pretty medieval centre. The bar and restaurant is really clean and cosy as was my room. Big thank you to Mika for his excellent service with a smile.
