The building was a historical one, beautifully renovated and the original signage on the building preserved. The location was quiet and safe. It was a short walk to all the fun at Clifton Hill. Nice, neat gardens and parking lot.

A short drive from the breathtaking Niagara Falls, this New York hotel offers easy access to area attractions along with thoughtful on-site amenities, including a free daily breakfast. Well let me start with the two young ladies who took care of breakfast bar. I was so impressed by both of them for their kindness and caring and helpfulness. I was a waitress for 43 years, If I had my own restaurant these two ladies would be part of my team. The two people that took care of the rooms were very pleasant and was also available for more towels and then he think we want it. And the front desk attendants no matter what time of day they were extremely friendly outstanding courtesy to older people like myself and my partner. They took great care of us, if I was to choose another place to stay again it certainly would be your place. So hats off to the whole team that works for you. Just a moment back to the two girls that help set up the breakfast part of my visit. I’m suggesting that maybe you will allow them to put a little cup so that they can see how great they both did their job, due what’s going on in the world. Like they say sometimes a little extra makes a big deal. So once again I’d like to thank you and all your staff for the five stars they deserve and more. I will be back again one day.

Situated in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and within walking distance from the famous waterfall, this hotel offers a variety of modern conveniences in an ideal location. Ideally located 10 minutes walk from the falls, it’s almost better to walk there than drive so you don’t have to pay the parking there. The facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was simple but had everything you need. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend it if you are going to visit Niagara Falls !

They had a beautiful court yard in the middle of the hotel rooms with lots of plants, that made you feel like you were outside when you were inside. There was a movie night there for the kids and they had so much fun with other children. It was located very close to Clifton hill and the casino. You never needed to move your car. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating.
