After our minor car accident making us late for the garage and having to park far, the staff promptly helped with our parking situation and upgraded our room with the best view in the city! The room is large with all the amenities. The breakfast is plentiful and catering to our sugar-free need. We even got a nice bottle of wine as a gift. This is the best hotel in our entire trip in Italy. The hotel itself and the service is top-notched!

Alessandro was really helpful in ensuring I got in safely etc and kept my luggage safe while I explored the next day. Will definitely be back! Breakfast was at a small cafe nearby and was delicious - I chose a cappuccino and pistachio croissant.
