The breakfast was excellent, we loved the personal touch of serving Brasilian food fit for the theme of the hotel. The room was lovely decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. Also, the caipirinhas are exactly as great as they claim. It was great to have an opportunity to wash laundry in the hotel. Although the hotel is not right in the center, it is within walking distance and there are also bus and train connections easily reachable. The location was quite convenient for us and nicely quiet even during the July celebrations.

I was q bit worried about staying in a smart hotel but be reassured all you other technophobes we were able to check in with a human in the restaurant across the road where we also got a ticket for parking during our stay either in front of the hotel or up the road. The hotel was very solid and comfortable and the decoration grew on us. I loved the concept that you can use whatever you find in the hotel.. including beer. The restaurant on site is very good and stays.open late and there is a free bus to the festival
