Staff were helpful and friendly, thank you for your professionalism. The hotel is just 40 minutes drive from Portofino and St Margharita Ligurie, so we could easily get there to spend some time and enjoy the chic place. We found this hotel a real value for the money spent!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the service was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the staff went above and beyond by personally picking up my car from the entrance and taking care of the parking. This level of service immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The staff's training was evident in their professionalism and attentiveness. They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. They promptly brought a plate for her, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel truly understands the importance of guest satisfaction and pet-friendly amenities, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.
