The attention to detail at every turn. The helpful and friendly staff with their wonderful English. They went above and beyond with all requests and even brought a dog treat to our room for our little dog. We had dinner at their bistro which is just down the road which had beautiful food, wine and mojitos. We did not want to leave the terrace. Such a wonderful treat to stay in such a beautiful hotel.

I felt welcome from the minute I checked in, very friendly staff! Superb room, very clean! The restaurant is an absolute must to do, what a great meals I had. Special thanks for the pastry chef, she amazed me with her desserts! Will be back as soon as I can!
We were given a free room upgrade for the second time we stayed here. The Hotel is very luxurious and well situated overlooking the Old Port of Marseilles. The breakfast room and choices were outstanding. The bar staff and service were excellent... the female mixologist and hostess, sorry I can't recall her name but it began with "L", was a real star.
Excellent location right by the Old Port, the metro, buses and ferry. My room had the view of the port, which was lovely. If you open the balcony it gets loud because of the street noise, which didn't bother me at all, I liked the action. Once the balcony was closed I didn't hear any noise. The AC worked well all except one night, but when it worked, it worked well. The room was comfortable while not very large. All the staff were super nice, so they get 5 stars. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my stay and would stay there again.
To start off it is absolutely beautiful in the courtyard, lovely furnishings inside and amazing location. But some of the best part are the kind hosts. Richard came to let us in on the day and put things down on the map for us to go and see. Whenever I had a question he would go out of his way to help us. 5 stars for everything - thank you!!
Luxurious and stylishly appointed. Perfect for access to the city centre. Lovely open kitchen having breakfast felt so decadent. Car parking is perfect.
The hosts are extremely professional, helpful and welcoming. Having lodged in many similar residences in the area I can only rate Les Tilleuls with a 10 and confirm that it is superb. The decoration is tasteful and chic and the amenities are plentiful.
Beautiful stay in Casa Augusta. Our host was lovely and very helpful from the start. The house is wonderful and the interior and rooms are beautifully decorated, very high attention to detail which is hard to come by! The place feels very luxurious & mimics that of a luxury hotel. Our room had a brilliant view towards the village. There was a lovely pool with another lovely viewpoint & a shared mini fridge to keep food/drinks.
The staff deserve 5 stars for being so hospitable. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 3. Because of my allergic 🤧 reaction to dust ( since childhood), I travel less fear of not being able yo sleep at night. Luckily, this Inn cleaning staff do a great job daily. "Kudos to them all" Thanks a ton for your kindness and professionalism. We definitely will be back soon. 🙂
The Domaine Perréal is a little gem amidst vineyards with beautiful views of the countryside and ideally located for excursions to the many historic villages such as Gordes, Lacoste and Roussillon. The Bastide as well as the garden area with its two pools are very well maintained, providing a chic and relaxing atmosphere, while the friendly and welcoming staff adds to it. A big compliment goes to the chef for creating such outstanding dishes of which every mouthful is pure delight!
