It features free WiFi, it is at an 8-minute walk from Palma Port and a 17-minute walk from Palma Yacht Club. Fil suites are located in a recently restored building in a quiet neighborhood in the historic part of Palma, about a 3-minute walk from the A1 airport bus. The whole historic area is within walking distance. In the vicinity, there are several restaurants and cafes. All close at 23:00. No noise arrived from the outside. The silence in our room, located on the top floor, was absolute. By the time we arrived, there was no one at the reception, open from 9:00 to 21:00. However, the access to the premises by code was straightforward. An envelope at the reception contained the access cards to the room. All simple and easy. The wi-fi worked very well. So did the air conditioning. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are comfortable and lovely decorated. A bathroom located next to the luggage room offers the possibility for guests to take a shower before leaving.

The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)
