James is a wonderful attentive host, he’s thoughtful and charming. We were immediately greeted by him upon early arrival and he was the kindest, letting us check into the room early to clean ourselves up a little before heading out to explore Madrid. The room was beautifully decorated, bed was incredibly comfortable. Attention to detail on every single thing. Even fresh bottle of water placed inside the fridge to cool down from the Madrid. Location is incredible, it was a great stay.

Great location,metro and bus just few steps downstairs.Professional and friendly staff,from desk and room service. Breakfast is great.Clean room and comfortable bed,especially I had a room with balcony for Gran Via view, fantastic! We will come back again 100 percent if we have a chance to go to Madrid a third time.

This hotel offers a café, bakery, and various lounge areas. On the last floor you will find the breakfast room, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the city. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Big thank you to Mercedes who helped me plan activities and choose great restaurants! If you're vegan like me, I suggest you tell the front desk when you check in and they will provide you with good options for breakfast. They were very accommodating. Comfortable rooms. It's right across from Atocha train station and there is a free shuttle that takes you to the city center. My stay here was excellent!

Bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries can be found in each bathroom. Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. All have air conditioning, satellite TV, and living area with a desk, as well as a private bathroom with a rainshower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The staff was incredibly nice. The room very clean, comfortable. Nice bathroom with very nice shower. Very comfy beds as well and the breakfast buffet also very nice. A fridge with free beverage, cake and some small food for during the day at anytime. A really lovely place.
